'Vladek Filler is about to face trial for a second time on the charge of raping his wife, Ligia. He was brought to trial the first time by Bar Harbor prosecutor Mary N. Kellett, who has sought to imprison Mr. Filler despite the fact that she knows that there is no physical evidence that he ever committed a crime, and despite the fact that his accuser Ligia Filler, has proven to be a violent criminal, a liar who has been caught in false allegations against her husband, and a physical and emotional abuser of her husband and children with a history of severe psychiatric problems.
Ligia Filler has been referred to as “certifiable” by sheriff’s department personnel who she repeatedly threatened to kill.
Mary Kellett’s professional conduct in this case breeches virtually all canons of legal ethics where it concerns prosecutors, from intentionally misleading jurors to avoiding pretrial discovery to actually asking a law enforcement officer to refuse to comply with a valid subpoena in order to help her conceal exculpatory evidence.'

Reprehensible
The dispicable acts by Kellett and possibly Bassano if true,are not just unethical,but illegal,and if it can be proven they should not only be disbarred,but also prosecuted.Who knows how much of this "twisted"and sick kind of radical feminist injustice is taking place,by women who have no business being in power of any kind,because of their extreme misandrist bias and agenda. However it must also be pointed out there are also men like Michael Nifong who knowingly tried to prosecute the innocent males in the Duke Lacrosse rape case.It's generally believed that Nifong went ahead with this disgrace to pander the vote of women in a upcoming election,and to make himself look like "What a good guy".... These sick, twisted individuals do this sort of thing because they know they can and it works. All of this proves that the male is the most discrimminated against type of individual in the country. And everywhere you look this takes place like for example The media,the work place,and the courts etc,etc. and it's legal for the most part and even can be considered politically correct. And also done.
