New law requires colleges to teach about sexual assault

'House Bill 101, passed in November, requires schools, among other things, to establish a program that includes information on drug- and alcohol-fueled sexual violence; medical treatment and evidence collection; the possibility of pregnancy; and sexually transmitted diseases.

The National Sexual Violence Research Center in Enola, northwest of Harrisburg, estimates 20 percent to 25 percent of women are victims of forced sex during their time in college, and 90 percent or more of those victims do not report the assault.

So how about teaching the no brainer that a false rape accusation is a rape and should be prosecuted as such?

I had that same thought. They should teach about false accusations of rape, which can destroy a man's life.

Not to mention true victim's credibility.

This has long been disproven, and I don't think that it suddenly just increased to that percentage in the last 5 years or so, from the about 4 percent that it more likely is. If anything, it probably decreased.

Hopefully, someone at this school will know better and challenge these lie spreaders. Fortunately, there seems to be more and more popping up at universities.
