Man Faces Deportation After 'Victim' Falsely Accused Him Of Rape

Story here.

'Sexual assault charges against a man set for trial were dropped in state Superior Court Friday after the complainant changed her story.

Henry Flores-Guardado, 37, had been charged with sexual assault of a spouse or cohabitor after the mother of his children told police he pinned her on their living room floor and forced her to have sex in June 2008.

"She maintained the allegations until, frankly, yesterday," said the prosecutor, Assistant State's Attorney Joseph Valdez.

She told an investigator for the defense that the entire story was false, Valdes said.

Judge Gary White dismissed the charges. But Flores-Guardado is being held and will likely be deported, Valdes said.'

She probably dreamed up the charges to get him kicked out of the country and get on the poor single mom government gravy train. She dropped the charges and it looks like she'll still get him thrown out of the country. Women are so clever in their ways of torturing others and destroying their lives.

In a similar vein, maybe the claim of violence speeds up her citizenship process, even though the claim is found to be invalid later. It probably only had to exist long enough for her to jump through the legal hoop. (If he was an illegal, then it is very probable that she was too; but even if she was legal, it still speeds up the process.)

The whole thing may even be connected to VAWA - the woman may be taking advantage of the same part of that that some of the 'Russian brides' do.
