Local, female teacher accused of having sex with student

'Adrienne Feistel, a former Rosa Parks Elementary School teacher, here in San Diego, is accused of having had a two-year, sexual relationship with a student, who is now 15 years old.

The relationship allegedly began when the boy was a student at Rosa Parks, as a fifth grader.

According to reports, the boy was "pressured" into the relationship by Feistel. Feistel also happens to be married to a sheriff's deputy but is in the process of divorce.

Apparently, the relationship began when the female teacher moved in with the family of the boy "for a short time." At the time, Feistel was "on leave of absence" from the school.

If convicted, she could face several years in prison, according to most reports.'

Notice how they hide the age the victim was and only mention how long it went on for and how old he currently is?

Reverse the genders and the headline would read '10 year old girl RAPED by teacher!'

She could face several years in prison? Wow, how generous considering there are currently 8 States that offer the DEATH PENALTY in cases of repeated abuse (even where the victim is not killed) of a person under 12 when a male is the perpetrator. Two years of ongoing abuse starting at 10 in these states if it was a male perpetrator and the only thing the article would be discussing is wether he should get life or death.

But as we all know she'll get some counseling and be allowed to keep her new job as a day care worker.... I mean she went for a 10 year old I'm sure she'd have no problems with some 4 year olds!
