ABC's Cokie Roberts Agrees With Sotomayor: Women Are Better

'Cokie Roberts appeared on Friday's "Good Morning America" and agreed with Supreme Court nominee Sonia Sotomayor's 1994 comment that a wise woman would come to a better conclusion than a man. Roberts, cheered, "Of course, I would agree with her that they're better." Fellow ABC journalist Sam Donaldson empathized that if the judge made a mistake, "it was a Joe Biden problem. She blurted out the truth."

And so, we're bringing in our two favorites, ABC's Cokie Roberts and Sam Donaldson, for just this discussion. Okay, Cokie. She didn't say women are different in making decisions. She said better. Can she get away with that?

COKIE ROBERTS: Well, she's having to backtrack on it. Of course, I would agree with her that they're better.

ROBERTS: That the truth is- the truth is that there is a difference. And is the difference better in the case of a sex discrimination case? Not only do I think it's better, I think it's more rational...
But, look. You go before these big women's groups. And, Diane, I'm sure you've done it. I've certainly done it many times. And you do say things that kind of rev up the crowd and get women excited. And one of those things that you do say is that women are better than men.'

'Women are way smarter than men. My wife is smarter than me and most people I know. Face it, if women were in charge of everything there would be no war or housing crisis..they leave such messes behind to clean up.'

Unreal. It is simply hard to believe that these people are supporting such misandry. Here's a youtube on this sort of equality.

The problem is that this way of thinking has now become so deeply ingrained within people that it will not easily be flushed out within our life times. It is depressing but it is often the case that society can get itself into a state of mind that will last for centuries and may be even longer. I fear that this is the case here. What has happened (feminism) has grown stronger over the past 30 years. One of its great strengths is that it can avoid responsibility for any of its failings. Mostly ideologies fall because they over reach themselves. In this way empires fall and nations decline. Feminism does not seem to be like this. It work by making other do its bidding and hence avoids ever being exposed for the evil it is.
