Fresno Radical Men's Discussion Night

'The radical men's discussion night is open to all who identify as men/male. It's an opportunity to discuss sexism, male-ness, feelings and relationships, and of course, revolution.

Men benefit from gender privilege and power, and this is something we will discuss: how we men can struggle against sexism. At the same time, sexism hurts us all. How have other men treated us throughout our lives? While patriarchal culture gives men power and privilege, we often have roles and expectations thrust upon us that we did not choose. How have we felt confined by gender roles and expectations? How can we confront sexism and patriarchy, deconstruct gender norms, and create healthy, sustainable forms of masculinity and individuality?'
