Article here. Excerpt:
'A little while ago the President signed an Executive Order to ensure there is always an eye kept on how every government agency is addressing the challenges confronted by women of all ages. The White House Council on Women and Girls will be chaired by Senior Advisor Valerie Jarrett, with Director of Public Liaison Tina Tchen serving as Executive Director, and will made up of Cabinet Secretaries and other top White House staff. It will begin its work immediately by asking each agency to analyze their current status and ensure that they are focused internally and externally on women.'
N.O.W. couldn't be happier. Their press release is here.

Every area pointed out in the press release is worse for men!!!!
Men's health is in worse condition. Anyone ever see the Heart and stroke foundation's campaign for women with heart disease, ware red for support or whatever it is, while men are actually more likely to die from most heart problems.
Men are crucially more in need to balance work and family life. They are the ones that dont spend nearly as much time with their children as their wives do. Most of their time is spent at work or commuting to it. And nevermind the atrocity of family law--where it is directed that dads are barely allowed to see their kids at all.
Men face more violence than women. I think the latest Justice department stats reveal almost 900 000 aggravated assaults--and just about three quarters of all vicitims of that are men. Taking into account rape in prison, men also face almost as much sexual violence too. And a number of scholarly studies show that women initiate domestic violence almost as much as men do.
Economic status: homeless men outnumber homeless women by a factor ranging (based on different surveys) from 70 to 85 percent. When men are fired, they are at much greater risk of becoming homeless compared to women who are because women have the option of marrying someone who will be the breadwinner. More men seem to do this than in the past--but it is still socially frowned upon and your considered a moocher for doing it (were women always just a bunch of moochers then? Come on guys, don't answer that!). Affirmative action also makes it easier for women to reattian a job.
I always compared Obama favourably to McCain. I don't think I like him that much anymore. In fact, doing something like this is the lowest foraging for the female vote a politicain could ever execute. And as if Washington needed yet another tax funded body that looks after the need of women. Isn't there enough already??? Goddamn this is fucking madness!!
What gives me hope are the councils for men's health set up in places like Austraila and the New Hamshire Commission on the Status of Men. These are baby steps toward progress and something that actually resembles equality between the sexes. I think the overflowing truth of the matter here is going to inevitably explode one of these days. I guess I'll continue to be patient and do what I can to get the truth flowing, drowning out the idiot policy makers behind this brainless, delusive, and utterly needless womens and girls council.
and let us not forget
that boys are the ones having all the trouble dealing with school.
so what do we get from the manginas? more $$ spent on girls. typical.
and this once and for all proves that n.o.w. is not for equality.
wonder if b.o. had sons it would be different?
probably wouldn't have gotten elected. a MAN can't do
things to harm his children, as feminism is as hate filled
against a specific group of people (males) as ANY that has
ever devolved. it's really a word, i looked it up.
Is this...
...a blessing in disguise?
Don't get me wrong; this stinks and proves that the feminist agenda is less about equality and more about women's rights at the expense of all else.
But maybe now people will start to take notice, and will start to say "what about the men?" This women's council could be the recruiting sergeant the men's rights people have been waiting for.
It may be tough at first, but I think if we stick it out, keep the faith and carry on putting our message across this could be a turning point for the cause.
N.O.W.
They're rolling around with excitement like a pig in shit.
