Judge cites boy's 'raging hormones,' reduces woman's sentence for sex with teen

'NASHUA – A 38-year-old woman was sentenced to prison Monday for sexually assaulting a teenage boy she initially accused of rape.

Robin Mowery of Nashua was convicted in June of four counts of felonious sexual assault and two counts of sexual assault involving a friend of her teenage daughter. Mowery was 35 at the time; the boy was 15.

"Like it or not, an underage boy having sex with an older-aged girl is viewed differently than the other way around," Lynn said at the sentencing hearing.

"Young men have raging hormones. It doesn't make him a bad person," said Lynn, who also noted that the teen also tried to use the relationship as a "bargaining chip" to escape penalty for crimes committed as a juvenile.

Lynn also chastised Mowery for falsely testifying that the teen forced her to have sex at knifepoint. She also claimed he threatened to rape and kill her daughter if she spoke about their affair.'

This is the most disgusting. As if that's a justification. For years, a white person being killed by a black person was viewed as worse than the other way around (some people would argue it's still the case)....does that make it alright? No! The sentence shouldn't be altered by "what people think".

the miscreants who pass themselves off as judges in this country

not only prove they do not have the intelligence previously

required to attain this status, they do not possess the moral

fortitude our forefathers mandated as a requirement to sustain

the ideals and precepts of law (such as fairness, equality, truth, honor),

handed down, which are the true and only path to justice for all.

they knew these hallowed principles would come under attack from all sorts

of people trying to use the law for personal gain. what i don't think they

foresaw was the depth of the lack of character, honor, ethics and morals this bunch of

spineless parasites we call "officers of the court" would exibit, and the

total apathy this satiated society would exibit. it's sad that such magnificent

ideals and documents are wasted on such as these.

A man would get 30 years in prison just for having a naked picture of this 15 yo on his computer.

A 35 yo woman can actually rape the same 15 yo and she gets the proverbial pussy pass.

This gd misandric crazed society is decadent to the core and the sooner it falls apart the better it will be.
