Female teacher accused of fracturing boy's skull

'A day-care teacher was arrested Thursday after a three-month-old boy suffered a fractured skull in her care last month, Richland County deputies said.

Deidre Goff, 44, of Lollipop Lane Day Care Center on Leesburg Road, is charged with unlawful conduct toward a child.
