Beltway gossip: Obama considering Hillary for Sec'y of State

'There's increasing chatter in political circles that the Obama camp is not overly happy with the usual suspects for secretary of state these days and that the field might be expanding somewhat beyond Sen. John Kerry (D-Mass.), Gov. Bill Richardson (D-N.M.), Sen. Chuck Hagel (R-Neb.) and maybe former Democratic senator Sam Nunn of Georgia.

There's talk, indeed, that Sen. Hillary Rodham Clinton (D-N.Y.) may now be under consideration for the post. Her office referred any questions to the Obama transition; Obama spokesman Tommy Vietor declined to comment.'

Note to Obama: Please, just don't do it.

There's no way she'd take the position.

She's going for presidential elections 2016.

Obama needs to give Clinton the first available Supreme Court position.

1) As just one justice, she can't do that much damage.

2) It's a lifetime position. No worrying about her running for president ever again!

... to give her the boot. Show her the door and that's that. Why people in NY continue to elect her is beyond me. She's done nothing for NY.

because if she does it will cause so much dissension and pay back back stabbing in B.O.'s misandric ridden circle until it becomes dysfunctional. Sen. Kerry was said to be tapped for it and will be sorely disappointed if passed over.
