Teenage girl sends boy nude photo and he is the one arrested

Article here. Must be nice to be able to throw any boy you hate in jail by sending naked pictures of yourself. Excerpt:
'SANGER - A controversy has arisen out of Denton County involving a 13-year-old boy, a cell phone and a text message. That message has landed the middle schooler in juvenile detention on child pornography charges.

...[He] spent the night in a juvenile detention center after an eighth grade female student texted him a naked picture of herself.

“I know some girl was taking pictures of herself and sending it to multiple guys. Obviously, they’ve still got their picture on their phone because they are now getting in trouble,” said Bethany Mitchell, a classmate.
So far only the 13-year-old boy has been arrested.

When someone sends a
When someone sends a pic/text message to your cell phone you do not know what it will be until you open it. Therefore I say the boy is not guilty. The girl on the other hand knew exactly what she was doing. She sent child pics of herself to the boy. She should be the one brought up on charges if any should be brought at all.
What the girl did is stupid. Kids are doing this all the time. This should be a parental issue. Parents should be nosy and know what the hell their kids are doing. I wish I was a judge in this case. I would dismiss the charges and tell the parents of the girl to take control of their family lives.
Take a look at myspace and face Book. Girls now days are nothing but pigs. Have you seen the pics that young girls post? Ah! I forget...girls do not have to pay for their actions and can do whatever the hell they want. No matter which way a boy/man moves, he will be hung.
Parents should turn off the pic sharing on kid's cell phones. There is no need for it. This is a case in point as to what can and will happen. Kids are stupid I know I was at that age. Turn off the pic sharing and it would put an end to this and boys like this one will not be ensnared in these traps.
