UK: 'Just trying to be one of the boys'

Article here. British women make up 65% of college students yet the higher education system is too masculine? I suspect they'll be a major government based college initiative for women to gain 'equality'. Excerpt:

'The research, based on in-depth interviews with 10 male and 10 female students at a leading international school, demonstrates how the masculine environment still makes it harder for women to fit in. It also shows that both the male majority and the female minority of students appear to accept as an inevitability that business is done according to male rules.
...
More subtle strategies are needed to challenge students to understand how gender shapes organisational culture and practices, the study argues.

Introducing examples of less traditional business women and men into the curriculum would show that “working with gender diversity is part of what it means to do business”. So would inviting people from diverse backgrounds to teach case studies.

Another approach is to include diversity training in induction programmes, says Ms Kelan. This would give students an understanding of their own biases and stereotypes and a reference point for their subsequent teamwork.'

Oh yeah, we know them already:

1) Set up management as a hierarchy.
2) Ensure that upper management gets lucrative salaries and bonuses.
3) Take advantage of the employees. Hire and fire "at will".
4) Give misleading advertising.
5) Swindle the customer.
6) Harrass employees of the opposite sex.

In other words, the same as men's rules (except for number 6, which is only allowed in woman-run companies).

It is a fact of life that radical feminists simply do not want to hear and simply won't believe when they hear it: In virtually every social setting where there are a significant number of men, men will be dominant. This has nothing to do with culture or learning or "patriarchy." It's testosterone-driven. The reason radical feminists are so aggressive on the Internet is because it's a solitary pursuit. Put them in a room with men and you'll see them moderate their inane positions.
