Dying man alienated from daughter makes last effort to communicate post-mortem

Story here. Excerpt:

'A DYING man has been told by the Family Court that he may leave a "time capsule", consisting of a letter and DVD, for the 11-year-old daughter he has not seen for five years. The main purpose is to exonerate the girl for her father's death.
...
The girl was three when her parents separated in 2000. The trial judge, Justice Le Poer Trench, said the mother was "permeated with hatred for the father" and was unwilling to foster the relationship between father and daughter.
...
Mr Holmes said the child had expressed hatred of her father from a young age. Yet the court records showed there was no abuse or serious violence.'

i don't know what is.

the mother can deny access and turn the child to hate her father;
but, when a dying man tries to just contact his daughter,
the rat judges had his letter
reviewed to be sure it contained "nothing to disparage the mother".

and then blatently admit the denial of justice by saying it is
"rare for the courts to go to such lengths to allow a father
to convey his love for his daughter".

all bow to the most holy woman. all hail the great ones.
let us not cause them any grief or discomfort.
please honor us w/ your presence o holy ones of satan.

sounds like something sinister from the dark ages.
how can honest "Christian" people allow such as this to happen?

we wouldn't want the courts to go out of their way.
sounds like it really would be out of character.

Its pretty disgusting when a woman can deny a man the right to see his child, even with no abuse of any kind involved. Then as the man dies the court still goes to lengths to ensure that the man isnt allowed to portray his honest feelings about the situation because it could be offensive to the mother.

I think it's truly pathetic that a court is going to such lengths to ensure that a father's last words to his daughter are censored, which is clearly a violation of the first ammendment. Well, that's feminist facism for ya.
