Story here. Excerpt:
'Police arrested a Pocono Pines woman after they say she admitted lying to investigators when she accused her ex-boyfriend of assault and rape.
Elissa Easterling, 27, is accused of lying to Pocono Mountain Regional Police by falsely accusing a man of beating and raping her.
...
She also testified in order to get a protective order against the man, under oath at Monroe County Court, that she had been raped. The protective order was granted.
When police confronted her with the evidence that she was lying, police say she admitted to making up the assaults. Easterling said the man did not harm her in any way.'

FASLE AND MALICIOUS RAPE ACCUSATIONS
Its a shame that any woman could ruin a mans life if she chooses. They would only have to claim rape, and that would stick with him for the rest of his life, even if he was acquitted. We could solve that problem in many cases with this solution: A woman's identity is protected in the media during these cases, and rightfully so. However, if a case is proven to be a false and malicious accusation, the womans face and story should be widely advertised to warn other unsuspecting men of her reckless ways. Of course, she should be prosecuted as well for the crime.
LETS STAND UP MEN!
