Recanting domestic violence allegations goes to NV supreme court

Story here. A family court judge gets off after his girlfriend recants her testimony and admits she rubbed her own face on the rug. Meanwhile a retired naval commander is found guilty even after his wife recants her testimony and admits she pulled out her own hair. Man is intent on taking case to Nevada Supreme Court to set a "bright line" standard on recanted allegations. Excerpt:

'Nearly two years ago, Family Court Judge Steven Jones was acquitted of a domestic battery charge after his live-in girlfriend recanted the previous statements she had given in the case.

A month earlier, retired Navy commander Dennis Sarfaty was convicted of the same misdemeanor despite the fact that his wife had recanted her prior statements.

The seemingly conflicting verdicts came from two different judges in Henderson Municipal Court, and Sarfaty's lawyer now wants the Nevada Supreme Court to decide which one was right.'

Oh yeah, this one is going to have far reaching ramifications in future decisions regarding DV and recanted statements.

No doubt the gender feminists who provide STOP grant training (brainwashing) of police, prosecutors, judges, and others will want to get their training (propaganda) to the judges who will be hearing this issue so the judges don't make a silly decision based on something as archaic as constitutional law (equal protection), or established precedent in law.

If these judges don't follow gender feminist ideology their careers will no doubt be marked by the powerful Violence Against Women Act (VAWA) thugs for future retaliation - and these judges will be informed of that.

Who says you can't buy judges anymore? The Violence Against Women Act (VAWA) cult does it every day.

Amerika has one of the most corrupted legal systems in the world, unlike what lying judges tell you when you are forced to serve on jury duty.

Mainly, the deck of cards with the faces of the 52 other judges in that county on them. I do find it humorous, though, that a family court judge was falsely accused. Serves him right.
