Rape Case Abandoned Due to Language Ban by Judge
Story here. Excerpt:
"Prosecutors have decided not to pursue a third trial in a sexual assault case that gained national attention because the judge barred the words "rape" and "victim" in court.
The first two trials of Pamir Safi ended in mistrials. He claimed he met Tory Bowen in a bar in October 2004 and had consensual sex with her, but she said she was too intoxicated to give consent and he knew it.
...
"To this day, I have not been able to testify truthfully in a court of law," said Bowen. "To me, that's justice denied."
...explaining the language ban, [the judge] said he would allow the term "sexual assault" to be used but not "rape" because "rape" often connotes a vicious and violent sexual assault. In Safi's case... [the judge decided] the charge was based solely on lack of consent."
So, is it safe to buy a woman a drink again on Ladies Night at the local pub?

Safe or not...
...I can think of better ways to spend money than buying drinks for women at "Ladies' Nights"...
America has a dark and
America has a dark and violent past with klan type rape hysteria, and until we recognise that fact, we will continue to re-live it over, and over, and over!!
In order for her to win, she
In order for her to win, she needs to use the "well developped" Klan hysteria type loaded term of..... rape!!
Alternate Endings
Just think how differently the trial in the famous novel "To Kill A Mockingbird" might have ended if Mr. Ewell had been unable to say “I seen that black nigger yonder ruttin’ on my Mayella!”. It didn't matter how much evidence the defense had raised to the contrary - this single inflammatory remark settled the case.
Fortunately, in Pamir Safi's case the judge rightfully recognized that the term Rape was too inflammatory to be allowed. He must have known that whenever a woman says "I felt like I was raped" the jury will all too often be biased towards believing her despite all evidence to the contrary.
Seems like this could set a precedent useful in appealing other rape convictions with similar circumstances (i.e. where there was no violence and the only issue was a consent).
a judge with cahones
what a rare bird.
don't know much about this particular case but i'd bet the farm he is catching heck from just about everybody for his actions here. trying to do good and right within a corrupt system ... well for what it is worth he has my respect, for this stand he is taking.
i predict he will catch so much flack for this stand he probably won't do this sort of boat-rockin' again. that's exactly what feminists want and exactly how we got so far down this dank dark road.
Correct Scottkirk.
Women need to be able to whip people up into an overly emotional frenzy with their propaganda in order for their klan-like tactics to actually be effective.
Back during the time before the civil rights movement the women of the klan were the ones responsible for spreading anti-black male ideology and labelling black men as brutes and monsters. The WKKK handled all of the literature for the klan and for a long period the klan was ran by a woman. The majority of hangings were conducted by men due to anti-black male ideology spread by women. Just like now women spread anti-male hatred and men -- thinking they are defending women -- go do the dirtywork.
A congressional meeting concluded that during the height of the KKK it was being ran by a woman.
Thus like then women are using the same tactics in order to create another "klan." Different name, same s**t. Men are too chivalrous to see it though and women are too selfish.
It must be true that there is nothing new under the sun eh?

As a black man you should be telling all you're friends, and get them on board with mens rights!!
Because if you ain't gettin em with mens rights, then the feminists will get them.

That's one thing I love about this website. It's not all negative news. I totally agree with the judge's decision in the trial, and he has my undying respect for not caving into neo-feminist pressures. We all know that the word rape gets thrown around way too much these days, usually being used to describe acts much less vile than it implies. This is done by opportunistic women, of course, who love to play the victim in a misandric society. Banning the word rape from the trial was like kryptonite for feminists. Score one for the good guys! And I also agree that there's better ways to spend money than buying girls drinks. You have to treat them like a spoiled kid and not give them too much too quick, or else they'll try to take advantage.

I'm trying, but as we know most men are hardheaded. In all actuality my article about not referring to women as anything but women(or more accurately "girls") was due to a black man who has a pro-male website still referring to the average black Ameriskank as a "queen."
I sent him a few e-mails and subsequently directed him to my site -- and after reading the articles -- the lights finally came on in his head! Most women live in a world of illusion, fantasy, and deception. Noone has forced women to ground themselves in reality. Hence, any man referring to some everyday woman as a queen, princess, goddess, or any other "royal title" is only lending credibility to the delusional fantasies of female superiority she already has running through her head 24/7.
Some of these "afrocentric" black men are walking around with pseudohistorical versions of their past. I have had black men come to me with stuff as crazy as "all women are goddesses" or "women are from outerspace." One that I knew claimed to be a member of a "secret, mystical order that held the secret that blacks are gods and goddesses." I always debunk such nonsense since it does not help the black race or the Men's Rights Movement. Much of it is simply another spin on feminist ideology; such as women ruled the world, patriarchal whites invaded and slew the goddess, god came, blacks are oppressed due to this. The only difference in the ideology is they focus on the so-called "victimization of black women" -- even though we know such nonsense never took place -- in particular.
Afrocentric feminist nonsense -- which I have labelled "afrofeminism" -- (like Eurocentric nonsense) such as this requires a blatant disregard historical facts along with heavy revisionist tactics.
That's why I tell men do not refer to women as anything other than what they are "girls" or if they act mature "women." Leave the phony illustrious titles out of it.
If anyone has read "Goddess Unmasked" -- a book that debunks feminist spiritual nonsense -- you will see how keeping women grounded rather than adding to their delusional fantasies is the best thing to do.

Feminism: Still Shopping for Demons & Oppressors
It is interesting that our modern-day feminists have no problem acknowledging how their Second Wave roots are steeped in Marxist ideology; however, I can't recall ever hearing a feminist admit that the First Wave was closely tied to Klan racism.
A commentator about this issue at - http://www.dadsnow.org/index2.html - writes:
"After passage of the 19th ammendment, radical women no longer needed the Klan as a power base, and vacated it in the early 1930's.
Those who don't believe us about feminism's substantial participation in discrimination against blacks, via the use of sexual imagery; and the foundation it formed for contemporary feminism, should read the book "Women of the Klan" by Kathleen L. Blee.
As part of her summary about the WKKK movement Blee concluded, "the WKKK [created] a gender ideology that was neither fundamentally reactionary nor progressive. Rather, the women's Klan was contradictory: a reactionary, hate-based movement with progressive moments.
(Those who study the agenda, activities, and methodology of contemporary radical feminism - which TRADED HATE OF BLACK MEN FOR HATE OF ALL MEN -- have little choice but to come to a similar conclusion)."
This historical observation that feminism has always been "contradictory" goes a long way towards explaining the whole "i-feminist" charade as well as feminists' comfort with excluding true gender equality from their dogma and legislation.
They have not changed their stripes, merely accessorized the ideological camouflage with forty years of misandrist laws, social conventions, and PC-doublespeak.
African Queens
The "African Queen" mythology has always fascinated me. (Not the movie...)
As a white boy who's been privileged to make some minor films about Caribbean diaspora culture in south Chicago and then worked in the islands for a couple years, I caught a glimpse of how complicated this gender dynamic between black men and black women could become.
There's probably no way, or certainly no easy way, for white guys to grasp the triple whammy that black men face in their quest to create a "normal, middle-class" family.
1) The destruction of African-American communities/economies which used to support intact families.
2)The criminalization of said communities via the drug wars and the always expanding incarceration rate for young black males.
3) The state-sanctioned policy of exiling black fathers from their homes.
Is it any wonder that black women coming out of college at twice the rate of black men would think -- "what use are you to me?"
I recall way back in the day when Miles Davis, the great jazz musician, used to celebrate African Queens on his album covers. "Sorcerer" and "Filles de Kilimanjaro" etc. etc. Gorgeous smart powerful women.
What has happened to that opportunity for celebrating a positive relationship between men and women? (To be fair, Miles was a real bastard when it came to his women. Though he never lacked a stable of wannabees.)
So, Mr.Reality, how do you escape being labeled as a misogynist?
It's at least as challenging as avoiding charges of being a racist, yes?
Glory without responsibility.
None of these skanks are "African Queens." As I said they are just women.
Is it any wonder that black women coming out of college at twice the rate of black men would think -- "what use are you to me?"
It should be, especially since the main reason "men" -- not just "black" men -- don't fare as well in academia as women is quite obvious to anyone who has eyes. Women argued that an imagined "discrimination against women" held women back in school and yet now, when the discrimination against men is blatant, obvious and even confirmed in studies(Recall "Black Misandry on College Campuses" or "Spreading Misandry") all women have to say is "what use are you to me?"
Quite hypocritical. That statement also readily shows that "women are using men" and not the other way around. When women claimed they were in trouble men organize movements and laws to help them, when men "really are in trouble" women claim they are doing better because they are "smarter"(somehow forgetting the Title IX treatment, misandry , unfair laws that elevate women while impugning men, along with the "women only" focus of society) and they don't need men. Basically they steal someone else's homework , take credit for it , and then have the nerve to ask the student -- whose homework they stole -- why he does not have his homework while acting as if they are better than him.
I don't know if you have ever read "The Moynihan Report" but within it he states that matriarchy is what destroys young black men. He also cites evidence that single-mother families are breeding grounds for criminal behavior and a lack of ethics. He pretty much pointed out that a matriarchal family structure destroys families. Why? Women tend to only be concerned about women and in a "real family" at least half of the family is male. Matriarchy also appears to be primal and unintelligient based on dogmatic practices rather than scientific analysis. When women speak of ruling they talk of goddesses and magical kingdoms where women are praised and glorified while slaves(i.e. men) work to please them. Look at the klan hysteria they instill and how they try to wind back the clock to the days of slavery and hatred rather than moving forward.
Most women have not evolved beyond the cave woman stage.
The "black queen" lie has been rearing its head ever since feminists wrote books claiming women are goddess and that the biblical Jesus was a woman. It's no different than the white women that claim they are goddesses or "strong women" or "princesses." All based on afrofeminist claims and overly exaggerating African history, just as white women revise European history to paint women as something they are not. No black man with a brain calls women "queens" when he knows they are not. White men do the same by worshipping women and putting them on pedestals rather than saying "you need to pay half the bills."
Black woman or white woman; they are both claiming "what can men do for them" because that is what they do...use men. Until we stop taking part in their fantasies -- and challenging them on it -- they will not stop living them.
Women want the glory, pay and praise of high positions without the responsibility that comes with them.
So, Mr.Reality, how do you escape being labeled as a misogynist?
I don't "escape" it. I just don't pay attention to it. I don't put any stock in anti-male shaming tactics. I just keep doing what needs to be done and nailing away at women's tyrannical power structure day-by-day.
