UK: Two out of three teachers in UK are women as men shun the classroom

Story here.

"Fewer men are teaching in schools than at any time since records began and in one in ten primary schools there are no men on the staff at all.

More than two out of three teachers are now women, leading to fears that the kind of male role model embodied by the classic fictional creation Mr Chips has been lost to a generation of boys...

...In the space of a generation, men have gone from taking a majority of jobs in secondaries to a dwindling minority.

They now make up 43 per cent of secondary teachers, down from 49 per cent in 1996 and 54 per cent in 1986.

Experts say it is increasingly likely that a boy will go through his entire education without being taught by a man".

"Experts say it is increasingly likely that a boy will go through his entire education without being taught by a man."

More to the point, every boy will be socialized to view women as the ultimate authorities.

When boys are no longer taught by men, what will they learn?

And will it even matter?

I mean, they seem to have a higher percentage of male teachers than us. Correct me if I'm wrong. One things for sure, if the guys are looking for higher salaries, it's because they have families to support.

It''s not because the pay is bad,it is because the leaders of these interminable committees they have in
schools are predominantly female, everything has to be feminised, oops, I meant rationalised.Only a minority of female teachers want feminism as a religion but you can understand that, over the years they have become indoctrinated as to what they cannot do,, which leaves only feminist alternatives.Health and Safety is the main
ally of Feminism and it is usually,if not always the reason for any decision as to childrens wellbeing.
As men don't really get a look in ,feminists gradually
isolate them for things like not turning up for said committee meetings and in the end, becoming persona non grata men pack the job in.
It is hard to teach kids rules you believe in if the rules are saying you should teach them other rules.

he is about to finish college and yep, you guessed it, he wants to coach and teach. he played baseball in college and he is a good coach; but, i am really scared for him. one false accusation by any mentally unbalanced, immature, or just mad or upset female could not only ruin his career but brand him for life. it also potentially opens up his wallet forever to the loons that "don't lie" about such things.

ain't justice grand?

...if he does not act like the doormat women think he is. They will treat him like a doormat and if he does not acquiesce to being a pandering slave; they will turn against your son and claim he abused a child or raped a woman. I fear for him too, most women are very sneaky as are the children they raise.

I would advise him to go teach at an all-male school. Then again, children can lie on him too and I doubt if there are any all-male schools left.
