Attorney for female teacher: Teen is 'no victim'

"The attorney for a Nebraska middle school teacher who fled to Mexico with a student who was an illegal immigrant said Monday that the woman could be guilty of nothing except poor judgment.

James Martin Davis said that a kidnapping charge against Kelsey Peterson should be dropped because the boy went with her willingly, and that the boy shares more responsibility for their relationship and flight than authorities allege.

Peterson, 25, fled Lexington with the boy, a former student of hers, on October 26. They were found in a mall parking lot in the border town of Mexicali, Mexico, on November 2."

and they often times do. problem is, most probably believe their own dribble.

i watched this lawyer on the BIG o show last night sayin' that this boy was unharmed by his experience. he seemed confident in having his client freed. can't say i blame him what with the past history of state complicity in instances of women having sex w/ minors.

to his credit Big o did say this lawyer was not qualified to make that statement. however, everyone kept referring to this as a relationship, and of course no mention of the double standard or the lack of equal enforcement of the law perhaps being the root cause of all these problems.

can anyone w/ a straight face say all these abused male and female children are treated equally? if they are not practicing the principles and precepts of law why are we paying them? let's get some real judges in there to do some real justice. kick this trash to the curb "for the sake of the children". where have i heard that?

If feminists like Kim Gandy at NOW had any integrity whatsoever, they would be jumping all over these female pedator cases.

This teacher is guilty of two feminist crimes - both connected to the "power and control" dogma that the fems love to employ when men are the perps.

First, this woman used her more mature sexuality to victimize the boy. It's the reverse of the Evil Patriarchy ... and it's all about power. Instead of using a penis to penetrate as an act of assault, she used her vagina to "engulf" him for the same purpose.

Secondly, she used her authority and esteem as his teacher to complete the seduction. Again, all about the use of gender-based and institutional power.

You cannot have an honest discussion with feminists about the mutuality of sexual predation or domestic violence or any other subject that spotlights the parity between the genders in commiting heinous acts.
