Paternity Fraud case covered in Long Beach Press Telegram, quotes NCFM-LA

NCFM-LA helped this man from Los Angeles, Bert Riddick, get the laws changed in 2004 and filed the paperwork to overturn his 13-year nightmare paternity fraud case. His hearing is coming up soon. His story is remarkable. Excerpt:

'After 13 years of paying child support for a girl he did not father, Bert Riddick finally sees an end to an ordeal that nearly tore his life apart.

Now that a second DNA test has determined there is no chance he is the father of the girl, now 18, Riddick is again asking the court to dismiss the paternity case against him.

And, at a hearing scheduled for June 27, he's going to try to get back every penny seized from his wages since 1994, when the state began taking $1,400 a month from him.'

are a girl's best friends. After all, both fraud and false accusations are a great way to make a profit, with zero chance of prosecution for fraud OR theft. This woman quite deliberately stole over $150,000 from an innocent man, and we're not debating how much jail time she'll get for her crimes (what man could defraud someone of $150K, and not only avoid any prosecution, but also get to KEEP the money), we're debating whether or not he'll even get back the money that was stolen from him!

As for NCFM-LA, keep up the good work, Marc. Maybe in another 50 or 100 years, women will actually be subject to the same laws as men, and men will be treated as human beings by the courts.

He should received additional monies to compensate for his years of suffering, without him having to sue. Also interest as if he had invensted the money at Standard and Poor rate. Also court costs.
