... openly offering anyone oral sex for punching a girl in the face. I suppose we can presume this soon-to-be-former SNL writer assumes the assailant will be male, unless she's fine with munching carpet too.

Further, imagine the girl offered as the punchee had been shown herself to be the victim in an opportunistic publicity grab.

What'd happen to such a man?

BTW, I wonder what LE is doing about the so-called preachers who began the whole thing by racially harassing the boys? Anything?
