"Are You a Manterrupter? – Part I"

Article here. Excerpt:
“Manterruption,” “mansplaining” and “bropropriation” are neologisms that spell bad news both for women trying to make the most of their seat at the table and for men claiming to be equal opportunity communicators. All these terms represent characteristics of male communication – whether intentional or the result of unconscious biases and attitudes – used as displays of dominance and power:
- Manterrupting: When a man interrupts a woman frequently and unnecessarily.
- Intrusive Interrupting: When a person intentionally or unintentionally usurps a speakers’ turn at talk in order to derail their ability to complete their thought and make their point.
- Mansplaining: When a man interrupts a woman to explain something to her she knows more about than he does, often including putting a “manly” spin on a “soft” or feminine mode of expression.
- Bropropriating: When a man usurps a woman’s idea – often with the support of other men — and takes credit for it.
This new vocabulary is deliberately sarcastic, not simply to provoke confrontation, but to highlight the frustration that interruptive behavior causes competent, creative and articulate women. Through these terms, women are trying to sound a wake-up call. Can men listen? Can they change?'

MRAs are familiar with intrusive interrupting...
... by feminists. But that other stuff, the mansplaining, etc.? Horse-cow.
But intrusive interrupting is an EOE, and non-sectarian. It's the Great (Un)equalizer of argumentation and discussion.
Has anyone ever noticed this?
Has anyone ever noticed this? I have not. I think this is just made up bullshit. It may be true that men and women have different communication styles in casual conversations or business meetings, but when it comes to rudeness such as interrupting, I have never seen men interrupt women to a greater degree. However when it comes to feminists vs non-feminist debate or demonstration I definitely see feminist as almost always being more interuptive, more insulting, crass, etc. (for example: FEMEN and the feminist known as "big red")
Reply to Kris:
yes, i have noticed that.
i have also noticed, that people in general tend to interrupt one another. not just men interrupting women, or just women interrupting men. many seem to do it, and it is rather rude. but neither gender tends to do it more than the other.
HOWEVER..., yes, i see feminists interrupting frequently. they mostly interrupt men, but also other women, who disagree with them. they do it particularly when they realise a man (or any anti-feminist) is about to expose their lies. one simply just needs to watch any chat show or news debate between feminists and anti-feminists for the proof of this. conversely while the anti-feminist may also interrupt the feminist, it is nowhere to the degree of feminists interrupting.
so, once again, we see feminists projecting THEIR behavior onto others (men, usually).
it is rather odd that feminists always accuse others of what they, themselves, are, and what they themselves do.
playing the 'terminology game'.
you know what? we really should turn about this "terminology" nonsense on feminists.
how about we come up with silly things to say to them, as well, like; "You're being Wamannoying." or "Womanipulaiting", or "Miss Leading" or somethings of the like.
see how THEY like it.
i'm certain others can come up with better things than i. i just used those as examples, to make my point. i'm not a feminist, so i don't have much experience or take up my valuable time, coming up with labels for my fellow human beings.
...in this case, i'm willing to make an acception.
Miss Leading?
Love it!
And I will use it!
Reply to el cid
ooh! thank you! ^_^
a friend of mine also suggested "Miss-creants", and "Miss-representation".
One Term
Personally, I like to use the term fem-splain to refer to the tendency for SJWs to blame either men or the patriarchy for any problem, real or perceived.
I like Miss Leading, but I suppose they would prefer Ms. Leading. LOL. Good one, Erika.
