'“White men should never hold elected positions in British universities again,” proclaims a bold headline in yesterday’s edition of Britain’s the Independent.

The article, so substandard, boorish, and offensive it was scrubbed from the website within 24 hours, asserts that student gripes such as government, fees, and lack of activism are the result of white men being elected to positions of authority within student unions.

The solution, states the author, is:

“...to ban white men and their activism dilettantism from student unions. We need powerful women and minority ethnic people to bring their passion back to the heart of student politics. Being a student union president should no longer be a place for privileged whiteboys to swing their dicks around before graduating into a world that is in no way affected by what they claim to fight for.”"

Nothing screams credibility like publishing “privileged whiteboys … swing their dicks around before graduating” on a serious news website, but fortunately our author, hiding behind the gutless, cowardly veil of anonymity, will be safe from backlash. Unfortunately, the editor who cleared this piece for publication may not be so lucky.'

Not only published anonymously, but it pretty much asserts enslavement is the key element in this neo-justice future. The article (as recorded) ends with:

"White men have had the last several millennia in charge, and it’s been a s***show from start to finish. A new generation of powerful women and minority ethnic people is ready to lead and change. It is time for you to bow down."

Really, a s***show from start to finish? All the medicine, computers, indoor heating, plumbing, law and order, books, etc... all that is a s***show?

The sheer stupidity added to the puerile bigotry is truly breathtaking.

And "bow down"? While at it, I suppose the goal is to make the neck available either for a swift axe-chop or, if more mercifully considered, a metal collar attached to a chain.

Not on my watch, you anonymous cowardly little fuck.
