Obama now claiming 1 in 5 women in America have experienced rape or attempted rape

'“Right now, nearly 1 in 5 women in America has been a victim of rape or attempted rape,” President Obama said Sunday night in a message played during the Grammys. “And more than 1 in 4 women has experienced some form of domestic violence.”
Wow, just wow.
Gone are the days that the president makes false claims that 1 in 5 women will be sexually assaulted while in college. Now 20 percent of all women in America have been raped or nearly raped. And 25 percent of American women — not just college women — have experienced domestic violence.
Let’s just think about that for a minute. The current population of the U.S. is 316.1 million, with women comprising about half. That means there are about 158 million women and girls in the U.S. If 20 percent of American women have been raped or almost raped, that’s a total of 31.6 million women, which is somewhere between the populations of Texas and California."'

From "The 2,000 Year Old Man" comedy album, I recall a line from the "The Astronaut" routine where the one playing the astronaut gets confused about his next line and covers for it by saying, "16 out of 19 people revolve around the sun!"
I think that's what POTUS is doing. I think he's very confused these days, in particular about a political strategy for the next two years that will not leave the Dems completely in ruins. So he's banking on making stuff up to satisfy feminists, a move he thinks will get enough female voters to forget the prior 8 years and vote for whomever they can scare up.
Desperate men do desperate things.

Clearly Obama is pussy-whipped. What an idiot. His own attorney general's office has already acknowledged that the 1 in 3 women being assaulted on university campuses was a bogus number. Methinks this is going to be like the myth that women only earn 62 cents to a man's dollar. Make up a number and spread it around like it's the truth. Ah yes, the core of female chauvinism.
