University students cleared in campus rape case

'Sexual assault charges against five William Paterson University students have been dismissed, but the students’ status at the school remained unclear on Thursday as defense attorneys criticized the school’s internal investigation and statements made by its president.

A grand jury declined to indict the students, all of whom are 18 years old, after hearing the case on Monday, according to court officials and a defense attorney. The five men, who had been accused of taking part in the sexual assault of a woman in the Overlook South residence hall on Nov. 25, have not been allowed back to the school since shortly after the alleged incident. The woman’s identity has never been made public and her role in the investigation is unknown.

Defense attorneys criticized the William Paterson University police investigation, saying it wasn’t thorough enough and did not include interviews with key witnesses. Ricci also was critical of what he said were “damaging statements” made by administrators that he said made it seem the defendants were guilty.

University President Kathleen Waldron said shortly after the incident that she was “angry and dismayed that this crime was committed on our campus and allegedly by students.” She went on to refer to the incident as a “criminal act”.

“It was outrageous that these young men had to go through the publicity they had to go through,” Ricci said.'

I urge everyone to head over there and read the comments. Normally, higher ed. is infused with feminist toxicity.

But male faculty are finally waking up. Read the comments! There are over 35 of them and nearly every one rips feminism a new asshole.

I have noticed this at the Chronicle, beginning about a year ago (yours truly helped start it). Initially, many feminists were angry that men were posting nasty comments about feminism in the "hallowed halls" of a feminist journal. I myself received many nasty responses. But I got just as nasty.

But NOW LOOK: the feminist bashing is unending and the feminists have fled from many recent chronicle articles.

But that is not enough. We MUST continue to post and post and post and post and post until there is NO LONGER a rebuttal from toxic feminism. The war against feminism has only begun.
