Female CEO: White males aren't 'protected class' and therefore can't be harassed

'The female CEO of Archie Comics accused by five employees of being sexually inappropriate said she can’t possibly be guilty of harassment, since the people lodging complaints against her are all white men.

Nancy Silberkleit’s lawyer argues that a gender discrimination lawsuit filed against her earlier this year by a group of employees should be thrown out because white males aren’t members of “a protected class,” the New York Daily News reported.

The lawyers for the plaintiffs, who include Archie president Mike Pellerito and editor-in-chief Victor Gorelick, claim Miss Silberkleit used the word “penis” arbitrarily and frequently, often shouting it at business meetings.

“[T]he word ‘penis’ became somewhat of a campaign slogan and her preferred method of referring to employees in lieu of their names,” their filing says, the Daily News reported.

The plaintiffs also claim Miss Silberkleit stalked employees and their families. They seek $32.5 million in damages and a court order keeping her two miles away from the office.'

Bunny-boiling "Fatal Attraction" bonkers. Barking mad. A total 404. A 3-slice peanut butter and Fluffer-Nutter club with a bag of chips.

And finally: Howling-at-the-moon, chewing on the feather-duster, grousing around in the moon garden looking for truffles at midnight stopping every 30 seconds to holler "Fish!", just-plain-whack-o.

This doesn't excuse her behavior so much as it explains it. After all, in order to be excused legally from your behavior, you have to be so far gone you can't tell the difference between "right" and "wrong" actions. For that, you have to practically be seeing flying purple elephants. That might also get you off, too. Add voices in your head and your chances improve markedly.

But still, no guarantees even then. More than a few men have been sent to the gas chamber who thought space aliens were telling them to kill people by beaming orders into their heads, etc. They were in for murder, though. And oh yeah... they were men, too.
