Sweden, the world's most equal country
Article here. Excerpt:
'What defines a democracy? The people rule through fair and just elections. Well I guess in that case all western countries are democracies. How fair and just the elections are is another matter of course. But the most important thing in a democracy I´d say is that the rule of law treats everyone the same. Such a government can be called a nomocracy, from the Greek nomos (law) and kratos (power or rule). The phrase can be traced back to 17th century and was popularized in the 19th century by British jurist A. V. Dicey. The concept was familiar to ancient philosophers such as Aristotle, who wrote "Law should govern". Rule of law implies that every citizen is subject to the law. It stands in contrast to the idea that the ruler is above the law, for example by divine right.

In the Swedish constitution it is clearly stated that everyone are to be treated equally under the law. It also states that every citizen are protected against discrimination due to gender, ethnicity, religion, age, and sexual orientation, and of course it does. Sweden is the world´s most equal country right? At least that is what Sweden claims. But one thing that Sweden doesn't explain when boasting about this, is how the state defines gender equality. That we are using feminism as a template to implement gender equality. And the result is that Sweden no longer apply the fundamental rules of democracy. Now men are being discriminated against already when the laws are written. Affirmative action Sweden calls it, thereby hoping that no one will see the truth. But we do. Especially those of us men in our country that daily get our rights as humans violated. Those of you that know your history will remember that another European country did the same in the 30's. The target that time was a religious minority. It did not end well.
