"Health care law gives women control over their care, offers free preventive services to 47 million women"
Link here. Excerpt:
'“President Obama is moving our country forward by giving women control over their health care,” Secretary Sebelius said. “This law puts women and their doctors, not insurance companies or the government, in charge of health care decisions.”
The eight new prevention-related services are:
* Well-woman visits.
* Gestational diabetes screening that helps protect pregnant women from one of the most serious pregnancy-related diseases.
* Domestic and interpersonal violence screening and counseling.
* FDA-approved contraceptive methods, and contraceptive education and counseling.
* Breastfeeding support, supplies, and counseling.
* HPV DNA testing, for women 30 or older.
* Sexually transmitted infections counseling for sexually-active women.
* HIV screening and counseling for sexually-active women.
...
...Men and children are also able to take advantage of preventive services at no extra charge under the health care law. These services include flu shots and other immunizations, screenings for cancers, high blood pressure and cholesterol, and depression.'

Oh, how nice of them to
Oh, how nice of them to include men and children into some of those services. Seriously, When are people going to realize that, when women are put ahead of children, there is a serious defect in priorities. This is no offense to women, but seriously, are you really more important than children? VAWA puts women ahead of children, and now this. It's shameful.
The "Julia" society
Obama's "Julia" campaign makes it clear women are the center of society. Men and children don't count for much. Children get the crumbs moms throw their way. And men are simply expected to pay for all of her choices or pay the taxes the government uses to pay for her choices.
Yesterday the contraceptive mandate went into effect. Men don't get free condom and still have to pay a deductible for a vasectomy. Women get free sterilization services, free BC pills, and free abortifacients.
Anyway, I won't be voting for Obama and his "women first" world.
Afterthought
We all know men are considered secondary to the health needs of women but now children have become an afterthought.
WTF?
its getting to the point where there are too many heads of the snake to stop them all i mean its to where its laughable how much more women have than men and when will it end? this is not only disgusting but its alarming and when will the lawmakers see this black hole of a money pit called "womens health" ever end?
i think this program is another opportunity for feminism to put more men in prison because they raised their voice or refused to pay for a trip to france...
let the indoctrination begin!
"Domestic and interpersonal violence screening and counseling."
this equals doctors being trained (by feminists radicals no doubt) to spot DV according to the current definition,, you know raised voice,financial DV(wont pay for new shoes and earings...),oh yes and the doosy if i remember right its now DV to ignore your spouse.......
