It's often claimed that unmarried fathers abandon their children, unlike women. In truth, most states have laws like Georgia--the father has no rights to be with his child. The child belongs to the mother. So the law requires the father to "abandon" the child because he has no other option. So, too, custody decisions that give sole custody to the mother amount to court-ordered abandonment.

If the mother is the only one allowed to have physical custody of the child, it's impossible for dads to stick around. Now, he might get some rights if he goes through a lot of hoops--but what purpose do these hoops serve?

wants our country back from the commie-marxists now running it into the ground. but, on the other hand, these type injustices against men don't even break the surface. personally, i think amerikan's turning a blind eye to the atrocities committed every day in our abominal divorce courts is coming home to roost.

iow, they want the feminst's version of fairness and justice, only leave equality and truth at the door. doesn't work that way. never has, never will.
