Bieber Accuser Says He Went From Cute to Aggressive

Good grief. Is there no end to the foolishness? Now he's the rapist. Story here. Excerpt:

'The 20-year-old woman who claims Justin Bieber fathered her now 4-month-old son says the pop star was “aggressive” and refused to wear a condom the night she says he got her pregnant.

“His whole demeanor changed,” Mariah Yeater told “The Insider” in an interview airing Monday night. “It went from cute and gushy…to just more aggressive.”

Yeater’s paternity suit against Bieber, 17, claims their tryst in a backstage bathroom at the Staples Center in Los Angeles following a concert in October 2010 resulted in the birth of her son Tristyn Anthony Markhouse Yeater this July.'

I think accusing Justin Beiber of rape is a new level of insanity. I have never listened to a whole Justin Beiber song, but I know who he is from commercials - you know, young, clean, white, boyish, always with a group of white girls and a few guys like Usher or T-Pain.

Now if I could just remember how to forget what nuclear bombs are . . .

This is a YouTube involving an interview with the alleged mother of Beiber's child. She's not credible. She can't even make up a story. So far as I can tell, she's a liar, and she had no idea this whole thing would spin out of control like it has. I believe she made a false allegation of paternity, at the time seeking a nice quiet settlement, and then she could walk away quite a bit richer. But Beiber then said no, so she took it public to teach him a lesson (revenge). Time will tell.

Bieber's body guard says he was with the star at all times at the alleged concert where Yeater allegedly fell pregnant. Yeater says she has proof that the baby is Bieber's but she fails to divulge the nature of those pieces of evidence. Doesn't look good for Yeater.

Hopefully Mens' Rights Activists can use this case to shine the spot light on the largely-ignored issue of paternity fraud.

I just can't see it. I hope that paternity fraud gets some attention due to this, but I nether see bieber as the kind of person who's willing to acknowledge it as an issue (paternity fraud in general, rather than just this allegation), nor actively speak out against it, to make the connection and draw the needed attention. I see him taking this as simply a personal issue, and acting on it as such. I also don't see him as someone who will speak up for men's anything. Only time will tell, but I'm not holding my breath.

I have no expectation that a teenager will grok the big picture about paternity fraud, nor is he likely to take the marketing risk of going public about any unpopular men's right position (paternity fraud or otherwise). What MRAs can do, however, is use his unfortunate situation, use his prominence and visibility, as an example of how screwed up the law is in this area. Hopefully from this we can get a wider discussion of the serious problem known as paternity fraud.

I would hope that attorneys who represent Yeater would have done some preliminary investigation to see if her story can be supported in some way. I would like to know who she went to the concert with. Most people do not attend concerts alone. Also if a person were to have a sexually encounter with a famous entertainer like she says, I am sure the person would mention it to whomever they attended the concert with or drove her home. I mean can you imagine being a teenager at a show, get picked to go backstage, have sex with the star and then not even mention it on the ride home with your friends? Or I would think she would have texted someone while she was backstage or soon afterwards - perhaps not discuss sex, but at least discussed meeting JB.

I would think her attorneys would ask for affidavits from anyone she would have discussed it with immediately afterwards or even her text records for the time period after the concert. I realize this is not proof, but if she never mentioned her encounter to anyone before this, it certainly raises a red flag.

She has a Facebook account and I am wondering if she ever discussed or posted pics of her meeting with JB. It would be very odd if she did not do any of this. She says she is a huge fan, so I would think she would have taken some pics.

It is also worth noting that this concert was at the Staples Center in LA California. I am sure there were many stars backstage. I find it a little hard to believe that JB went straight to his car. In his movie it shows much concert footage and it did seem like chosen fans always come backstage (seemed innocent in his movie) and there is always some after-concert socialization occurring and lots of pics and video being taken. But on the otherhand, no one has come forward with pics or to say they were there and JB is lying about going to his car immediately, so perhaps he really did

If it is true that other girls were backstage with her like she says, I would think that these girls would not be hard to find. I mean the way teenagers share information and pics instantly as it happens, I would think they would have announced to everyone they know that they met JB backsatge. I can't believe no other person has proof that Yeater might even have possibly been backstage that night. .
