she marries e-2 smuck for 2 years,

he goes on to serve 30 to get a good retirement,

and wife #x is entitled to a goodly portion?

happens a couple times, say 3 wives, each one signing up to this?

and this happens overwhelmingly to men?

so, when you sign a marriage contract while serving your country,

your country screws you over by giving away your retirement to

people who used you to get a handout of soldier's $$, based on

their gender?

why the concern now to do something? this has been happening to

vet's for decades. somebody trying to spread some poop on a

sandwich and sell it? maybe to try to legitimize the practice and

make it look like guys think this is fair, maybe?

still going after their $$$, just want to leave them enough not to

starve to death?

does this make sense to anybody?
