Beating Caught on Tape: Teacher Speaks

Video here. Essentially, the woman and her lawyer blame the victim and school system for her violent outburst. Her lawyer claims the teacher was not trying to hurt the child but just wanted to get his attention by intimidating him. The teacher also places blame on the boy's mother for not being more active in her son's life. This woman seems void of any sense of accountability and appears to have a million excuses for her actions.

Listen to how George Stephanopoulos acts. He starts with the observation that watching the video must break the teacher's heart, then it goes on from there. She then gets her chance to come up with excuses. I noticed though at the beginning of the interview that she had made a public statement at some kind of press conference previously saying she had no excuse for her actions. Now it's a different song.

If you were to accept all the excuses the teacher and her lawyer come up with, then anyone who works with troubled or violent youth have a pass to mete out whatever kind of beat-down they want to on the kids. She also suggests that someone else should have stepped in and restrained her. And they continue to assert that the kid was doing something wrong. Just when is she responsible for herself, I wonder?

Aside from this one case, perhaps the people working with these kids need to reconsider what they do for a living. Unless certain of these kids are sequestered from the others, sure, they will be a problem-- otherwise they wouldn't be in a school for troubled/violent youth. And indeed, these kinds of schools are notoriously mismanaged, so that is a valid point. But as the teacher herself said between making up excuses, it's still no excuse for her behavior.

My bet is that she faces no charges. She will get a pu$$y-pass and will in fact become some kind of secret folk hero to (female) teachers all over the nation.

This woman is filth, and the lawyer is no better. I hope she rots in hell but probably what Matt says will be nearer the truth.

-The video doesn't show the whole picture (the police use this often).

-It's the school's fault for a poor work environment.

-Black boy preying on white girl (this one made me chuckle).

-Their all animals.

-Poor training.

-Blame it on the parent.

-Someone should have been there to stop me.

....there is no excuse for abuse?

I mean reverse the genders and could you even imagine ANY network having him on with his lawyer to explain what happened?

She made it seem like this kid was some kind of little animal, but I guess his mommy taught him at least the golden rule - NEVER HIT A GIRL. He was backed into a corner and laid down on the ground and put his arms in front of his face to protect himself but never once made a single offensive gesture or preemptive defensive strike. That, and the teacher her self noted there was no physical contact made by ANY student to this poor little white girl that Miss furious Rampage was allegedly trying to save.

Really, I cannot imagine any scenario where a 40 year old man was punching, slapping, kicking and dragging a 13 year old girl along the ground where the police would be "considering pressing charges"

So is this young boy being discriminated against because of his gender? Will this boy have serious issues with women for the rest of his life as a result of this? If his future wife ever hits him, will his inner child say enough is enough and she'll pay the price he wished he'd been able to make this woman pay? What you think men who abuse their wives do it because they are evil? No, they are often VICTIMS who are messed up by women like this. Will he get any support or free counseling or scholarships like female victims do to help prevent this cycle of violence from playing out again in his future either by him choosing women who beat him, or taking out his anger on a woman who isn't the teacher who messed him up years ago?

Is this teacher getting a free pass - if the cops don't charge her she is free to teach at another school - because she's a woman? Would a man even be able to claim "I lost control of my emotions" as an excuse for a violent rage filled physical attack?

You can dislike the environment and the system (lack of discipline methods) which is of course no excuse. Or we would all have excuses to fight and steal. But this wasn't even some discipline thing. It was uncontrolled aggression and dominance. She tried to put him I'm fear and pain. Their is no worse form of violence. it wasn't random like somethink a mental patient would do and it was motivated in the very essence of violence.

if she really gets a pass I will be f@#king pissed

Anyone know the law? She made a comment on gender during the beating and by the story seems to have been a motivator (suspicion and hate towards boys with girls). Isn't that exactly what a hate crime is?

The women is pointing fingers in other directions to try and deflect the attention off of her. She is responsible for her own actions and should not be around children, particularly children with special needs.

However, I do want to point a few things out about the whole school situation that stands out to me.

The boy is in a school for those with behavior problems. I do believe there is a chance that he was teasing this girl and he may even have a reputation for being a bully like the teacher suggested. Many of the kids at the school probably come form violent/dysfunctional homes. If you know anything about the cycle of abuse, then you would know that these kids need the exact opposite of intimidation and physical punishment.

They need to counteract all the violence they have been around. If the kids misbehave I would suggest isolation for a set time and loss of privileges until they can apologize, and they should then be praised for taking responsibility for their bad behavior when the apology is complete.

It is a tough call when it comes to expecting schools to also parent the child.

One more thing I wanted to mention, was the "test" the children were taking. From what was said, I believe this was a standardized test that all schools are required to give based on George Bush's "No Child Left Behind Act". Currently, each state can design its own test, but they are known to be biased towards girls and assess the skills that girls tend to excel at.

Frequently the testing schedule is very long (in my state testing last for two weeks) in elementary school they expect young kids to test for many hours, slow kids (usually boys -just a fact not an insult) sometime miss recess and PE to finish the test (in my state the test is writing intensive, which young boys seem to have a harder time completing).

Presidents Clinton and Bush wanted a nation wide standardized test for all schools in all grades to determine which students move forward and which ones dont regardless of school performance. Want to guess which gender would get held back the most???

Feminist control the schools, and here is a little saying from my homeschool group which explains the connection with testing:

"What is tested is what is taught, and what is taught is what is thought"

So feminist will be influencing what kids think by controlling the test.

In my state the long tenured school superintendent was a die hard lesbian feminist, also into "new age" religion. She had a lot of input in designing our standardized test, and was thrilled to announce that girls outscored boys in math. She did it by NOT giving points for correct answers, but points were given for written explanation of the math problem! Since this is how math was tested and scored, it became how math was taught. Some math books in my state do not contain any numbers!

Obama has not said much on school testing, but George Bush was heavily invested in the testing industry, and Hilary Clinton is behind standardized testing as well (Google Marc Tucker and his "Dear Hilary" letter to see how they planned to use standardized tests to hijack our schools)

Sorry if I sound paranoid, and sorry that I got off topic by focusing on the testing, but I think it is an issue that MRAs should watch as I believe the new standardized tests and how they will eventually be used as "gatekeepers" will have a negative effect on boys.

Yes we are off topic but you bring up a point I want to mention. Women's movements/ feminism are always being associated with benefits to children. Especially when it comes to health and domestic violence. I think us MRAs should focus on the theme of how much Feminism is hurting boys as a way of destroying the myth that the women's movement / Feminism are sympathetic towards kids.

I don't find a motherly figure in feminists when they promote boys failures in school, ignore abusive mothers, and are strong advocates of single mothers and abortions. We need to show that feminists choose women over children each time.

This includes the latitude given to the violent teacher and the general atmosphere created by feminists that has allowed it to happen

**Really, I cannot imagine any scenario where a 40 year old man was punching, slapping, kicking and dragging a 13 year old girl along the ground where the police would be "considering pressing charges"**

That more or less sums it up, and should the foremost argument for dealing with this episode, because the thing is, if a 40 year old man was -->abusing<-- a 13 year old girl, in front of a camera, the feminazist controlled public outcry would be: ELECTRIC CHAIR!!!!

In all I'm glad it's a 13 old boy, his mother will more than see to sue everyone she can and the lawyer will be delighted this was caught on camera.

If it was an 18 year old boy, with only an spoken testimony....

The public reaction if a man were to accuse a little girl he is recorded beating the snot out of on camera that she was an animal of a child would be - The man is the animal and society puts dangerous animals to sleep. Put him down like the dog he is.

So where's the public outcry in this case where a WOMAN is dishing out the beating to a kid who makes no offensive gestures towards her at all and does the bare minimum to defend himself from serious injury by covering his face?

Instead, she won't even be charged and free to torment all the children she likes at another school because she is female so the hiring school will not scrutinize her the way they do male teachers and she'll slip right in until the next time she beats a child, and probably a few more times after that.
