Nifong hid DNA evidence

You read that correctly. It now appears according DNA Security of Burlington, which did the DNA testing last March on the Duke Lacrosse players, that Nifong knew all about the results for NINE MONTHS and hid all of it from the trial proceedings up to this point. This is all the defense lawyers will need for a quick dismissal once this gets to the courtroom, if it ever does, and to get that scum bag Nifong fired, disbarred, and thrown in jail. Naturally, none of this will happen, "in the interest of protecting women". Men, it's time for a revolution. Story here. Excerpt:

'A private laboratory hired by the prosecution in the Duke lacrosse case failed to report that it found DNA from multiple males in the accuser's body and underwear, according to a defense motion filed today.
The lab, DNA Security of Burlington, found that the DNA did not match the three defendants, their lacrosse teammates or anyone else who submitted their DNA to police, including the accuser's boyfriend.
...
"This is strong evidence of innocence in a case in which the accuser denied engaging in any sexual activity in the days before the alleged assault, told police she last had consensual sexual intercourse a week before the assault, and claimed that her attackers did not use condoms and ejaculated," said the motion, which was signed by lawyers for all three defendants.

"There is not a single mention of this obviously exculpatory evidence in the final DNA Security report."'

This case should never have gone to trial in the first place! The DA and Police department went out-of-their-way to ensure that it did. The police violated their own standards of investigation to make the guys look guilty while Nifong lied by omission covering-up evidence (DNA results) that should have exonerated the young men. And the whole case is based on the allegations of an apparent cum-dumpster whose own companion on the night in question discredited her story. It's a sad state of affairs! If Nifong has a job after all is said and done, it should be flipping burgers at some fast-food restaurant. On second thought, he probably lacks the skills to do this! And who is the daddy? Hard to say; the three accused guys may be the only ones in North Carolina who haven’t slept with this bimbo! The icing on the cake would be if Nifong turned out to be the sperm donor!

The DA and the testing lab director decided amongst themselves that the evidence should be withheld from the report.

That would appear to be covering up the evidence.

Also - the link provided requires signing up for the newspaper. Can you post the entire article?

I wonder if Nifong will win the election in which he was running. Why not - remember Marion Berry, Mayor of Washington D.C.? He was an actual criminal who got re-elected.

There are more male gays than female gays and I once thought that the gay marriage could make its contribution to the fight with feminism: if there are more unmarried women than men - then many women would forget about feminist ideals once and forever. This is probably somewhat cynical, but this is true. But now I don't consider the gay marriage a significant issue anymore. As the situation in the countries legalized gay marriage shows - this innovation doesn't bring any noticeable changes in the social life.

That's a useful observation. Being psychotic implies "fundamental mental derangement characterized by defective or lost contact with reality."

The stripper-perp is actually more of an intelligent predator-type (i.e. normal) female -- probably with Narcissistic Personality Disorder.

Women with NPD have no capacity for empathy with other people, and actually view people as objects or appliances --- "things" to be used for personal gratification.

Feminism (being all about power and control)is the ultimate NPD ideology, and has contributed to widespread mental illness and relationship dysfunction.

I anticipate that when the Duke lacrosse men are exonerated, their false accuser will, instead of being prosecuted, be awarded taxpayer-funded counseling and a TV movie deal.
