They are using words like 'victim' and 'grooming' rather than using words like 'relationship' and 'romantic'. The psychologist being interviewed does a good job of discussing the issue and labeling it for what it is: a criminal pathology called ephebophilia. My only concern about the clip is that one could infer that the woman has a 'sickness' and so is not behaving criminally but "merely" pathologically, however I don't think that was the intent. In any case, the style of reporting itself represents progress in getting people to see what this kind of behavior is: criminal, yet even when perpetrated by a female.
