Immediate parole for woman who made false rape charge

Story here. Excerpt:

'A Meadville woman facing a maximum of two years in jail and a $5,000 fine was granted an immediate parole and ordered to pay a $150 fine Monday after pleading guilty to a charge of making a false report to law enforcement.

“I’m very sorry for what I did,” Jacqueline Owens, 21, of 473 Arch St., told Judge Anthony Vardaro before he handed down the sentence during an afternoon session in Crawford County Court of Common Pleas. “All I’m trying to do is make my life better.”
...
“She had been raped,” Rowden explained to the judge before the sentencing took place. “When she reported it, she reported it as burglary-rape,” he continued. “It was more acquaintance rape. She had invited him in.”'

.... a CONVICTED male rapist (yes a woman who falsely claims rape is a rapist) using the excuse:

“I’m very sorry for what I did, All I’m trying to do is make my life better.”

and his lawyer claiming to positive effect:

“He did not rape her,” “When he reported it, he reported it as a consensual encounter,” he continued. “It was more she regretted it the next day. She had invited him in.”'

I sure could not imagine that ever working for a convicted male.

But she's convicted of lying and destroying some one's life and the weakest of excuses imaginable get her out of jail free. She still blames the victim, and claims she wants to better herself, so that's good enough to let her walk?

Equal justice indeed. Guys set up web cams in your room, or turn on your mobile phone camera when at her house. Not to make amateur porn for the net, but to make sure you CYA in case tomorrow she turns out to regret her encounter with you, you may need it as evidence.
