UK: Man cleared of rape after court shown 'phone footage'

'A businessman has been cleared of raping a university student after jurors were shown footage of the sex session taken on a mobile phone.

Gary Taylor, 41, was accused of attacking the 27-year-old woman after turning up at her flat with cocaine and a bottle of red wine.

The woman, who can't be identified for legal reasons, told jurors that Mr Taylor forced her to perform a sex act on him and then raped her in her living room.

But during cross-examination she was shown footage Mr Taylor had taken on his mobile phone during the encounter on September 26, 2008.

Mr Taylor's barrister Karen Holt said the footage showed the woman 'actively' performing a sex act on him.

The prosecution offered no evidence following advice from the judge.

Mr Taylor, who runs a multimedia company, was cleared of four charges of rape and walked free from court.'

And we all know why that is. Criminals that lack male genitalia are treated like child first time offenders. Clearly this woman is a criminal and she and her sick attorney should be identified. After all isn't defamation of character, or even just "bearing false witness against thy neighbour" a crime?

Well, at least another innocent falsely accused man was spared being punished for a crime he did not committ.

A. men, tape all your sexual encounters

or

B. female criminals are not really criminals

or

C. manginas will make any law necessary to make sure
no woman anywhere can EVER be held responsible for their crimes

or

D. all women MUST be treated like children by the courts

or

E. the legal "profession" is a bunch of crooks

or

F. all of the above

hard to take the law seriously when they make and
try to enforce such outrageous STUPIDITY.

A few years ago the movie star Rob Lowe was accused of raping a female acquaintance. However, he surreptitiously videotaped the encounter. The tape proved the sex was consensual.

A cell phone with video capability can save your ass when it comes to the morning after and it is a he said \ she said situation. Never just assume it will never happen to you, it can and will. Also, recording physical abuse by a female can be a lifesaver too.
