Excellent, ABC interviewed Angelucci yesterday in Los Angeles, and apparently Woods was interviewed yesterday in Sacramento, in front of the Appeals Court building. The same video clip that appeared on ABC in Sacramento, also appeared on ABC in Los Angeles. I don't think this made the national feed of ABC, but at least it got two major TV stations in Northern and Southern California.
Tis but one stepping stone on a long path yet to travel to restore men and fathers to a meaningful role in the lives of their families, their children and society in general... but we're getting there.
Thanks to the efforts of Marc, Glenn, Ned, Jim and all the bit players behind them (such as for example... us) feeding them an ongoing continuous stream of information citing every sordid event of Misandry in whatever aspect manifestation it shows up.
As before, the key here is do not let Misandry go unchallenged. Wherever, whenever, however Misandry rears its ugly hydras head... call it for what it is and stand up to it.
Learn the DATA, learn the STATISTICS (US DoH&HS, US CDC, US NIH/NIMH, etc), learn the TRUTH, and be able to speak of it and cite the source.
Do NOT back down and do NOT back up.
With enough pressure from every nook and cranny... perhaps our sons will grow up into a better world than we faced after 40 or 50 years of male-bashing feminism destroying our families and pushing us to the margins of society.

But it would have been nice if someone had made mention of the fact that ~70% of DV victims are male. Unless that fact is made clear, this will just be an "in principle" rather than "in reality".
The singular Achilles Heal that is going to destroy the Feminist Misandric Mantra driven 'Myth of the Male Beast' is their fabricated data and statistics.
Let's not make that mistake by inventing numbers?
IF there exists a verifiable study producing the figure "~70% of DV victims are male" then by all means use it... but be prepared to cite it by source?
I know of US CDC studies and UNH studies and other studies that are authoritative and can be cited as verifiable... all of which place the highest figure in the (roughly) 50% range.

Here is the actual lawsuit (48 pages). If you scroll through it, and just read the paragraphs that have been indented, you will find a number of quotations by major authorities who have pointed out in their research how significantly men are battered by domestic violence.
All that being said, the "injustices" still prejudicially try to say in their ruling that it is women who are battered more significantly by domestic violence, completely disregarding the hate war that the mainstream domestic violence industry has been waging against the male gender. They completely disregard how effective the hateful discrimination against men has been at keeping men away from domestic violence services, and thereby suppressing the true number of male victims. They admit that discrimination against men has been going on, because it is glaringly evident but then disregard more accurate research and pretend that women are battered more than men. They are clearly purposefully ignorant, bigoted, foolish, and just plain corrupt.
This would be like a southern court ruling during the civil rights era of the 60's, saying that black are being discriminated against by not being allowed to use the same water fountains and restrooms as whites, then saying that the statistics show that blacks don't use the restrooms and drinking fountains the same as whites so they don't need comparable “equal” services. How completely stupid can these gender Jim Crow, appeals court "injustices" be and think no one notices??? They are all, truly, "Crooked as a California judge."
The video was encouraging as far as coverage is concerned. However, the ruling reminds me of the civil rights decision which stood for many years - 'Separate but Equal'. So the goal post might have been moved a little but there is a long way to go. The video acknowledge this in its coverage.
I read the NCMF posting on the CDC study (I could swear I had the CDC study myself at some point, but I can't find it). While the title says something like women commit half of DV, the posting says the ~ half of cases are reciprocal and in those non-reciprocal, women are the perpetrator in ~70% of cases. So women are implicated in 50% (all those reciprocal) plus 70% of the remaining 50% = 35%. So if my math is correct, women are perpetrators in ~85% of cases. I realize the math is grossly over simplified in absence of having the study in hand (does anyone have that???).
Also, in McDonald et al (Journal of Family Psychology vol.20 no. 1 2006), they cite reciprocal violence in ~40% of cases, male to female violence in ~43% of non-reciprocal cases, and female to male in ~57% of non-reciprocal cases, implicating women in almost 75% of DV cases. In that study, women were even more frequently the perps in cases of severe violence.
Now I really don't want to be caught with my pants down, so if I'm off base here, please let me know.
but I could swear that I once had the actual CDC study. Plus, this seems to back what I said earlier. Sorry to be a dunce, but it sill seems that all (or at least most) of the scientific data I have read that is comparative and non based solely on crime data suggest that women are more frequently the perpetrators.

I believe he was refering to this

The chart in the article might explain it better.
