Boys, 4, cuffed for refusing nap

Story here. Excerpt:

'Parents of two four-year-old boys in New York are suing officials after their sons were allegedly handcuffed for refusing to take a nap.

Lawyer Scott Agulnick says a substitute teacher took Jaden Diaz and Christopher Brito to an empty classroom.

Then, a school safety officer allegedly entered the room, cuffed the boys' wrists - and told them they would never see their parents again.'

On the other hand, these boys have learned an important lesson about school...

Actually, that's great training for what they will experience in family courts when they grow up. The only difference will be, "You'll never see your children again." It takes a village (and part of that is a child care center) to steal children from their parents.

Now where did Hillary put her Pre-K package she's ready to foist on families?

Yeah, I'd be in jail now for handcuffing the teachers and cop to a freeway overpass if they ever did that to my sons.

Since when did schools need cops to handcuff FOUR YEAR OLDS? Or taser them? And imagine the national, probably international, outrage if it was two girls.

These teachers need to be investigated by CPS, stripped of their credentials, and the cop removed from service. And they all need a year in jail. Handcuffed during lights out, of course.

There was a similar incident where the police simply removed(No force, no handcuffs, no tasing) a young girl who was going absolutely crazy in the school office. They had to come get her because she was beating up the teacher and the principal; both women of course.

The little girl was going ballistic, thus they called the police to calm her down.

Guess what?

There was a national outrage over "them having the nerve to call the police on a GIRL" and it was on "every" news station.

It's sad how many articles appear here on MANN, which prove that the education system in America is not only misandric, but also staffed with underqualified individuals.

A moron who would have the nerve to have two four year olds handcuffed for refusing to sleep, obviously shouldn't be working around children. Not to mention, telling them they would never see their parents again? That almost makes me cry because it makes me think of something my nephew said once.

This one time I was wearing a pillow on my head and I jokingly said to my nephew, "Evan's never coming back!" when he asked "where's Evan?". Then he started to cry and said in a really sad voice, "Never?". I immediately pulled the pillow off my head, hugged him, and comforted him. It just goes to show the psychological damage that can do to a child. Let's keep in mind here too, that I'm just his uncle, not his dad.

I hope those teachers get the crap sued out of them, are fired, and stripped of their credentials. I also agree that jail time for child abuse wouldn't be a bad idea either.

It is interesting that a substitute teacher and a school safety officer could violate these young men's Constitutional rights.

In the Soviet Union during its successful days, they just put people in psychiatric wards and drugged them into submission.

All the corruptions of the Constitution we have ignored over the past seven years permit this kind of tyranny right here in our own neighborhoods!

There is nothing patriotic about stealing freedoms away from citizens.
