The Times Recorder reports that "Money that Jonathan Sims paid for child support -- for a child that was determined through DNA testing not to be his daughter -- was finally returned to him last week by the Ohio Department of Job and Family Services through the Muskingum County Child Support Enforcement Agency"

Code Monkey writes "This month's Men's Health magazine includes an article about the way men are overwhelmingly portrayed as idiots and losers in today's sitcoms. While the author doesn't do much more than complain about this situation and offer examples of it, I do think this is a good sign that the issue is being discussed in a maintstream mag like Men's Health. The media does have an impact on our culture and we should care about the consistently negative portrayals of men as incompetent jerks on TV."

Please join this group and support Warren in his bid for governor of

into the top ten California politics groups, making it more visible
to those seeking such groups on the web.

Anon User Writes: "One of the greatest dangers men and fathers face today is the way restraining orders based on false domestic violence allegations are used to drive fathers out of their children's lives. There have been numerous documented cases of decent fathers being arrested for sending their children birthday cards, attending their son's Little League games, or calling their own children at the wrong time of the day. Last night Craig, a Seattle father of two who was sentenced to three months in jail for returning his ex-wife's phone call, told his story on His Side with Glenn Sacks on KRLA 870 AM in Los Angeles and KKOL AM 1300 in Seattle/Tacoma. To listen to the archive, go to His Side"

Luek writes "http://www.juryduty.org/JuryDuty.htm
One of the reasons men are oppressed under misandric laws is that these laws have never really been subjected to the process of passing muster in jury trials where jury nullification could stop the abuse.
The link above has details on just how jury nullification works and most important tells how to avoid getting tossed out of the potential jury pool due to your beliefs.
Men in the movement have to be prepared to take advantage of the opportunity to use jury nullification to stop judicial misandry when and if they ever are called for jury duty on cases like marital rape, violations under the VAWA, workplace sexual harassment and so forth."

Luek writes " This is a story of a father whose baby daughter was killed by her mentally deranged mother after he filed a warning with Child Protective Services stating his daughter was in grave danger being in custody of the mother.
He is suing the CPS and one of the points in his lawsuit is that he was virtually ignored by the apparatchiks in CPS because he is a male. Let's hope he wins big!"

Stephen Baskerville does great work. It should be read and passed around. I believe the Courts are already in Disrepute, they are just unwilling to admit it yet. Read Here.

"She wrote in July, 2002, [in] her long-running correspondence with an imprisoned rapist and certified dangerous offender. "My limits? I don't really know," … But no, I don't think I'd want to witness a slaying. Torture maybe!" … "I don't want her dead. I want her alive to live with the pain and suffering."
IMHO statistics on spousal abuse are junk science in pristine form."

Code Monkey writes "I found this article in the Portland, Maine Press-Herald to be similar to a lot on the topic of men's declining enrollment in higher education. The article acknowledges that women are getting degrees at a much higher rate than men, that this gender gap is continually increasing, but makes excuses for the disparity that tries to downlplay the significance of this issue. For example, claiming that "women need college degrees just to get jobs that pay as much as the jobs men get straight out of high school", and focusing on the oh-so-urgent issue that women won't be able to find enough "qualified" men to marry. The article even refers to Boston Globe's leading male-bashing columnist, Ellen Goodman. You can send respones to the editor at letters@pressherald.com."

I never thought I would write those words in my life, but it seems that when it comes to Warren Farrell's campaign feminists have suddenly become unusually silent. Now I'm not sure what the medical reason is for this, (I'm guessing an outbreak of laryngitis), but as we all know if the feminists were healthy they'd be protesting up a storm. So it occured to me that men's activists, being the kind and helpful people we are, might want to complain about Farrell's campaign for them. See this week's challenge for details.
