It cracks me up that so many feminists still claim that differences between males and females are social constructs and that the world will be far better off once men's artificial masculinity has been properly deconstructed along the lines of feminist doctrine. It's as though mainstream feminists, in the face of a growing torrent of scientific evidence, are hell bent on making laughing stocks of themselves.
Here's yet another piece of evidence debunking that ridiculous feminist myth. With respect to the long "debate about how much sexual behaviour was biological and how much was learned," Dr. Darren Russell, senior lecturer in sexual health at Melbourne University, states, "I think more and more we're moving toward a biological model of sex, that a large part of our sexual behaviour and other behaviours are preordained... A lot of our sexual chemistry and behaviour is probably determined before birth."
I s'pose many fembots will eventually drop their claim that differences between males and females are social constructs and instead state that males and females are fundamentally different and females are, by nature, superior.
NB: Joe Manthey submitted this related essay on the importance of biological differences between males and females.

Ray Blumhorst writes " Supreme Court Ruling on Hearsay Evidence The Oregonian reports on a recent ruling by the U.S. Supreme Court, which will help a defendant to face his accuser. The article reports that this will affect domestic violence and abuse cases, and is a victory for our Constitutional law (6th Amendment), which states that a defendant has a right to face his accuser. One can't help but wonder what will happen to the numerous, almost identical, victim advocate reports that are used in alleged abuse cases by victim advocates as they regurgitate the vernacular of the gender feminist domestic violence movement?"

rage writes "Although the first article in PDF format is a bit old, I thought it would be interesting to inform the site's readers about the implementation of a vast men's health network throughout the Western countries. Now there is even an MPs' group in the UK parliament dedicated to men's health that gathers left-wing as well as right-wing MPs.
The second article is also very useful, as it informs us of the creation of the equivalent of gynecologists for men in two cities of Germany, so that men could be followed early in life by doctors (like women). The purpose is to reduce the lifespan gap between the sexes. As it is said in the article, once having reached the age of 70, the difference of life expectancy between men and women is only 2.5 years, so it highlights the need for early prevention for young men, who are the most at risk.
Good news, after all maybe men will see their lives getting better in the future."

Rob writes "An excellent illustration of DV stats by the London Metropolitan Police which debunks the myth of "male=offender, female=victim". The BBC article shows that in 25% of all cases investigated, the woman was the abuser.
Unfortunately, there is the usual mitigating statement about some women's violence:
"[some women's]..violence appeared to be defensive and in retaliation to the threat of or actual violence from the male partner."
Since every rational person could argue that "some" men would also have been "abusers" by this definition, and that these two groups of abusers should cancel each other out, then the fact remains that the police force in the UK's biggest city has found that 1 in 4 DV perpetrators it arrests/investigates are female!"

Hunchback writes "Usually with false allegations of sex abuse, the best the accused can hope for is exoneration. The man barely escapes with his life in tatters, and the true victimizer drifts back into anonymiity with her life in tact. What happens when (finally) the accused strikes back. Check this out"

Larry writes "Dads of Michigan is starting a petition drive to get a question on the the November Ballot. The ultimate goal is to get a law passed so that divorced couples share custody of their children, unless one parent is declared unfit. The kickoff of the campaign was covered by both Channel 7 News in Detroit and the Detroit News newspaper. To learn more about the petition drive that Dads of Michigan started Saturday at post officers across the state, give Dads of Michigan a call at 248-559-DADS."

"My wife is a successful career woman. She has moved up rapidly in a competitive field, and is advancing her career by attending law school at night. I work out of our home and I do most of the child care. If I decide I don't want her anymore, should I be able to move our kids 2,400 miles away from their mother?
The California National Organization for Women thinks I should."

I'm happy to announce that March 14, 2004 was MaleDepression.com's second birthday! We would serve cake and ice cream if we could figure out a way to do it virtually that wasn't too messy. :-) The guys on our team are ready to come out swinging in our third year of helping men who suffer from mood disorders. Please visit our home page (http://www.maledepression.com) for the latest updates about the exciting things happening at the site.
Over the past two years, it has been a real blessing and privilege to provide this site. This work has been very important to me and I hope to continue it for many years to come. I especially thank Scott G., MANN's founder, for his generosity and his unflagging support for MaleDepression.com and all men's health issues.

ahhkaboom writes "In London, England, the Soho district is notorious for its 'clip joints'. Women lure men in with the promise of a cheap strip show, and then bouncers arrive after ten minutes to rob the man of all he has. The police laugh at you if you complain about this robbery, probably because you've committed a heterosexual-male-crime by going into a strip club. Recently, a robbed man stabbed a woman who worked at clip joints, but she had a 'heart of gold' according to the press. Articles

CJ writes "MA is perhaps one on the worst states to live in if you happen to be male. The same court system that is now under national scrutiny because the will of 4 judges intends to change the definition of marriage for all citizens in the state, has denied upholding the basic constitutional rights of divorced fathers and for all men for decades now. "We're up against like powers that be in the courts," (in regard to the courts decision on marriage) said Mike Franco, state chairman of The Fatherhood Coalition. "It's judicial tyranny and activism where judges are using their discretion to put forth a political agenda." Feminist Jurisprudence has wrecked havoc in men’s lives for decades now. Several of the "couples" suing to effect marriage change are NOW lesbians. In MA the media is pro-feminist in all issues relating to gender. Another issue in MA is that the Boston marathon has decided to let the women run 25 minutes before the men so that women will not get “lost in the pack and enjoy the victory without 2nd-tier male athletes in the way.” This prestigious sporting event has been spoiled by gender policy! All of the local newscasts ran 5 minute segments about an alleged “groping” of a female college student where no one was hurt before airing this news about the marathon. Every station! This had to be a deliberate attempt to stir up anger in women and shame men before dropping another feminist/elitist maneuver on the public. Another court case, where both parents starved a child to death, the man gets life, she got time served. Every day, it is an outrage living in MA, and most people still view women as oppressed? How much longer until women and men have a completely separate set of laws? article here"
