She concocted this story to get back at her boyfriend. Also true to form, she accused one hapless young male of, drum roll please...sexual assault. It is time to publish the names of these "nasty girls" who use accusations to "get back" at males they don't like!"

Wendy McElroy writes in her latest FoxNews column about the stereotypes people have regarding fraternities. She examines the media portrayal of fraternities and comments on the modern day "threat" fraternities pose to political correctness on campus. That threat is likely the primary reason why anti-male groups on campuses have such free reign to bash fraternity members as rapists and terrorists.

I've placed this article under education, because I think the whole situation points to the American culture of anti-male bias that is centered in the nation's schools. You can bet the Attorney General looked long and hard to find prosecutable evidence of rape in these cases, yet his office made a "unanimous decision against charges." This whole thing stinks of a witch hunt. Feminists have testified before the investigating committee that a culture of rape exists at CU. It's time more men started standing up for themselves and each other by pointing out that a culture of false sexual assault accusations exists throughout American society.

This reminds me of the charges at the Air Force Academy. Many women claimed they were sexually assaulted, but the woman, who was in charge of looking into such matters, said that not one claim involving any type of coercion came before her. Some of the accusers claimed they were punished for coming forward with their charges, but I was left wondering if they admitted that they were drunk, when the alleged assaults took place, and they were in fact punished for getting drunk. (I'm pretty sure that getting drunk is a violation of academy rules.)

Living in Colorado, the current epicenter of this cultural earthquake, (Kobe Bryant, the Air Force Academy scandal, the CU football scandal), I can report first hand that more and more people around here are starting to see what's going on. Many parents of football players are in fact stating outright that this is a witch hunt.

What I like about this one is police officials have openly admitted that 1) false accusations by women as well as outright harassment of men do happen, 2) Indian law on DV is blatantly anti-male. Harassment of a married woman is punishable with up to 3 years of rigorous imprisonment plus fine. It is also a non-bailable offense (which means husbands can be arrested and held without bail based on the mere complaint by the wife). Harassment of married men is not a criminal offense at all, so the police has no option but to attempt some sort of counselling! The story is here"

Let's see what happens...On the topic of Iraqi prisoner abuse and the female gender, There's this Reuters article, a female soldier, Sabrina Harman, was told to break down prisoners for interrogations. Harman appeared in a photo with naked detainees. It is said that she struck detained individuals, and did the stand on the box or be electrocuted by attached wires technique on a hooded prisoner."

The Salem Evening News (which has a large subscriber base) had a picture of the ex-wife and her friends taunting and yelling at this poor man as he was lead into the court from jail tied in chains. This man is destitute of property or means of comfortable subsistence; yet the court ordered him to pay over $2200 a month after taxes. He also maintains that the child-support system made mistakes and he did try to make some payments."

Looks like the Georgia Supreme Court has thrown out the charge, allowing him to be sentenced for statutory rape instead. This is good news because it overturns the feminist judge's original rape hysteria ruling. Story here." Noteworthy is the fact that statutory rape has a sentence of one year, while the aggravated child molestation conviction got him a mandatory sentence of 10 years, of which he has served 15 months already. This could mean Marcus should walk free sometime soon.

Update on the Men's Rights 2004 Congress

Thanks to many of you for registering for the Men's Rights Congress in
Washington DC on June 18-19. The response has been great. We have men
signed up to attend from Texas, Utah, Colorado, Minnesota, Florida, New
Hampshire, Maryland, Virginia and of course Washington DC. We are
looking forward to a great time together in June and hope that more of you will be registering.

Glenn Sacks and Steven Baskerville are now confirmed as speakers for the event as are Carnell Smith and Dean Tong. Mike Geanoulis from the New Hampshire Men's Commission will also be a speaker.

It will be great to be around like-minded men and women who are
