The AP and the are reporting BBC the death of Susan Sontag, among other news providers (see stories: AP and BBC). However they failed to make note of Ms. Sontag's feminism or her pinning the responsibility for 9/11 on the US. Contrast the BBC's report with this writing, originally appearing on the IWF web site.

Ross Parent writes "Lydia Lovric of the Winnipeg Sun, has penned the most honest, hard-hitting, truthful essay about the equality scam that I've seen since Donna Laframbious left the National Post. You really must read this to believe it. I hope she still has a job. Check it out soon, as I don't know how long it will be accessible. A quick note to the Winnipeg Sun and Miss Lovric would be great."
Ed. note: Ms. Lovric's web site is found at http://www.lydialovric.com/.

Ric writes "Sydney's leading daily newspaper has just run another story about domestic violence and you guessed it - no mention of violence against men or against children. RespectYourMan has set up a protest page with sample email to send to the columnist - Piers Akerman. This is the third DV article along these lines in this newspaper in the last 12 months. Enough!

Linucs writes "According to the Oregon Daily Emerald, the 'Vagina Monologues' drew protests. What kind of protests? Get this: 'In flyers handed out to audience members at the show, University graduate Nicole Sangsuree Barrett wrote that while there was `diversity` in the show, it was minimal. Women of `a variety of skin colors, body sizes, abilities and gender expressions were not adequately represented,` she said. Maybe women are underrepresented in this diverse, multicultural, inclusive process, which will lead to dialogue and facilitates emancipation from the patriarchy-made race-based stereotypes that may hurt sensitive and oppressed women.'
At last, I see the light..."

"Most may be too humiliated to report it, but PAUL BOWEN bears testimony to the fact that men endure domestic abuse at the hands of their female partners."

Anonymous User writes "Last year, more than 3,000 DNA paternity tests were commissioned by Australian men, and in almost a quarter of those cases, the test revealed that not only had their partners been unfaithful, but the children they thought were theirs had been sired by someone else. The Supreme Court in Victoria is scheduled to hear an appeal from a woman who was successfully sued by her ex-husband for paternity fraud. This report examines the ramifications of this landmark case. Meanwhile, in Germany, father's rights groups in Germany are fighting to retain their right to have secret paternity tests without a mother's permission. They say it is the only way to combat paternity fraud.

Anonymous User writes "The BBC presents Princess Kasune Zulu sweetly smiling in tradition African dress. She declares, "The latest UNAids annual report only confirms what we know -- Aids is a female epidemic." Thanks for delivering that load of manure, Princess. But wait, there's more. The Princess intones that AIDS prevention programs should "expand the freedom of girls and women to negotiate their sexual activity, and engage boys and men in discussion about their assumptions regarding their own gender roles." Great AIDS prevention strategy. Sounds to me like warmed-over Western academic feminitwit-babble. It's the new form of global colonialism. And it shows contempt for men lives and ignores the many male victims of AIDS. Thanks for your care for men, Princess."

AngryMan writes "On Christmas Day 1914, exactly ninety years ago, British and German soldiers in WW1 called a ceasefire and got together to sing carols, exchange gifts, and play football. In some places on the front line, the peace lasted for weeks. Meanwhile back in London, feminists were giving out white feathers to men not in uniform. I received the following (click "Read More..." for the text) from the NCFM-DC chapter. It seems they are not impressed by the Post's recent DV articles. No surprise there! Please read and e-mail the Post in support of the sentiments expressed.

Tirryb writes "The BBC reports that a Malaysian footballer has been sacked after he jilted his bride at the altar, for 'bringing the game into disrepute'. He did it by text which is a pretty heartless act - but if the roles were reversed you can bet she'd have kept her job, without a doubt..."

Leslie Burns-Dell'Acqua writes "This article on MSNBC.com repeatedly refers to a men's lounge section in a London department store as a "men's nursery." Mind you, the store doesn't do this--just the writer (and, by extension, MSNBC.com)."

Roy writes "The Christian Science Monitor prominently covers the British Fathers for Justice phenomenon and growing social support for father's rights in piece titled "Divorced British dads push courts for more access to children: Former cabinet secretary's push to see his child highlights a growing father's rights movement."
An excerpt - "There is a presumption that a father has to prove himself... We are constantly up against this accusation that a father doesn't deserve his children. Mothers never get that even if they are hopeless."
