Anonymous User writes "This little excerpt explains why a man in this stiuation would be arrested on the spot: he is white and male...
'WASHINGTON (CNN) -- As U.S. Rep. Cynthia McKinney, D-Georgia, faces possible criminal charges for a Wednesday altercation with a Capitol Police officer, one of her lawyers said Friday that the real issues were "sex, race and Ms. McKinney's progressiveness."
In a news conference featuring actor Danny Glover and singer Harry Belafonte, McKinney said she would be exonerated and that "this whole incident was instigated by the inappropriate touching and stopping of me, a female, black congresswoman.'

Next Wednesday, April 5th, the Senate Appropriations
Subcommittee will hold hearings concerning funding for the Violence
Against Women Act. And for the first time since VAWA was initially
passed, the 2005 reauthorization bill includes language explicitly
stating that VAWA-funded benefits and services are to be available to
male as well as female victims.

Read this. Excerpt:
In war-torn countries, food is frequently a barter tool through which women are exploited. In the Democratic Republic of the Congo (DRC), Uganda, and many other countries, “food for sex” is well documented by human-rights organizations: That is, food is withheld by peacekeepers (as in the case of the DRC) or local soldiers (as is the situation in Uganda) until women, at the brink of starvation, submit to sex.

Lary Holland writes "An overview of why parenting time motions are more likely to fail than child support motions are to succeed. Short concise statement of a major issue surrounding bias in the family courts.
After a Friend of the Court Citizen Advisory Committee (Michigan FOC) meeting an attorney indicated that it seemed that their parenting time motions seem to fail more frequently than child support motions succeed. This was a brilliant observation and I wanted to take a quick moment and tell you why."

Anonymous User writes "In case you hadn't heard, Mr. Kevin Thompson has written a book about the bias and corruption found in the Massachusettes Family Courts. This book landed him in hot water. The kangaroo courts didn't want this information public. While they tried to get it banned it is still available from Lulu.com. Please get it and distribute it as widely as possible."

Anonymous User writes "This article is about a man who has served 5 years in prison for sodomizing his daughter. He was convicted on the state's expert witnesses testimony that his daughter was suffering from repressed memory syndrome. This expect witness the state relied so heavily on for conviction got her doctorate degree from an unaccredited online internet university! Additionally, the judge who threw out his conviction noted he was poorly represented by his defense counsel.
Also, the daughter who was supposed to have been sodomized was killed by a pregnant woman when the daughter tried to cut out her baby and claim it for her own.
However, the man still remains in jail. The state may ask for a retrial for some stupid reason. Society doesn't have money to pay for proper veteran's medical care and other worthwhile causes but we have tons of money to keep innocent men in prison on bogus sex assault charges."

AngryMan writes "Interesting article in New Scientist about ADHD. "Now reports are coming in of serious adverse reactions, including hallucinations and, in rare suspected cases, sudden death from cardiovascular problems...10 per cent of 12-year-old boys in the US, where diagnosis of ADHD is more common than in most other countries, are being treated for the condition" And how many girls?"

This BBC news report adds a critical missing piece of information about the recent story regarding the Afghan man who, after converting to Christianity, was held for trial on charges of apostasy. It appears as if he had converted sixteen years ago and had left Kabul, but returned from the Panjshir Valley to try to get custody of his daughters. Only then after his relatives complained was he arrested for the crime of choosing his own "unacceptable" religious beliefs! This important piece of information of course only comes toward the end of the report, so read the whole article.

Joe Manthey writes "Article here. Excerpt:
'Joe Manthey: "If you look at who is filling up our jails, our juvenile halls, our prisons; who is more likely to be homeless; who is more likely to commit suicide; who is more likely to commit crimes; who is more likely to be institutionalized; it's boys and men."
'Manthey says men who make it to college don't get the same kind of encouragement women do. For example, most universities have support organizations for women, but nothing specifically for men -- even though the women are often doing better.'"

Tirryb writes "BBC News reports here that apparently there is almost no justice for victims of rape, with less than 1 in 20 accused of rape being convicted and with those horrible men still able to defend themselves in court and 'get away with it'.
Of course all the usual excuses are trotted out - institutional sexism (she flirted so she deserved it), old fashioned judges, men bamboozling the jury with expert witnesses, etc. And not even a mention of the possibility of a growth in false accusations.
Then right at the end, the shock figure - only 15% of rapes ever get reported. Yeah, right."

Anonymous User writes "This article/propaganda piece printed for the feminists by the Times Union is a scathing attack on the shared parenting bill currently before the New York legislature. This bill would provide for automatic shared parenting in all New York divorces. This would be a devastating setback for the feminists who worked long and hard to eliminate fathers from families, separate them from thier children, and ensure that they serve as permanent wage slaves for women. NOW can't have this, so predictly the "article" is filled with usual lies and distortions used so often by the feminazis. Read it, get mad and rip Marcia Pappas a new one."

James Adams writes "I have collated citations to all the published research I could find supporting the case that children suffer without their fathers for our Government's enquiry on the Family Law ("Feminist Law"?). It lists hundreds of citations, running to 80 pages. Please download a copy of the document from the Australian Government website. This is submission no. 110 [main (.pdf file) and attachment (.pdf file)].
This was part of our campaign for a presumption of equal parenting time in Australia by Fathers4Equality-australia.org, the Non Custodial Parents Party, Dads In Distress, the Fatherhood Foundation, the Men's Rights Agency and not least the Shared Parenting Council of Australia (especially Yuri Joakimidis). Debate is continuing in our parliament (upper house).
Hope grows!
