Divorce Misandrope writes "In several cases that came up on appeal this fall and winter, New Jersey has shown that they are taking cohabitation more seriously. In one case, a woman was actually ordered to pay back alimony recieved when it was found that she was already cohabiting at the point where she signed her divorce agreement."

Alimony shouldn't exist, but it is somewhat amazing that the court has taken a progressive step in the right direction. If this keeps up perhaps we will see the next civil war between the east and the west, as it seems that the east is more progressive in this matter than the west. Oops, I forgot about the midwest, it would seem that the east is outnumbered, and let us not forget D.C., and the south. Hmmm, maybe a succession of the north east? Yeah right!
