Cohabitation and Support

I have to agree (Score:1) by Davidadelong on 09:57 PM February 13th, 2006 EST (#1) Alimony shouldn't exist, but it is somewhat amazing that the court has taken a progressive step in the right direction. If this keeps up perhaps we will see the next civil war between the east and the west, as it seems that the east is more progressive in this matter than the west. Oops, I forgot about the midwest, it would seem that the east is outnumbered, and let us not forget D.C., and the south. Hmmm, maybe a succession of the north east? Yeah right!
