It will be curious to see how the chivalrous judiciary will respond to this additional scoffing of the law. She was looking at 58 years in prison, but does anyone believe she was really going to get anything even closely approximating that?
Judicial Chivalry Empowers Female Criminality
Whatever, just add three counts of felony child endangerment to the list as well as relevant counts of violating that restraining order keeping her away from her children. I wonder why the Father of these children is never mentioned.

OK, the judge who granted this pervert bail should get some time for ignoring the guidlines of bail, if it were a Man, he wouldn't have gotton bail. Next, even the DA posses some serious questions about her violation of her bail. But, these women that continue to prove that Women are no different than Men are actually helping the system. It is through them that the draconion laws that they want will be placed into affect, and the prison systems will continue to grow through private companys' and tax payers dollars. The system has to create jobs that are dependant on the judicial system to ensure proper voting amongst its' constituants. Empire building off of the sweat and blood of the People! I have had enough..........

"...and the prison systems will continue to grow through private companys' and tax payers dollars."
# America now has the highest rate of incarceration in the world, having passed Russia.
# 93% of inmates are male.
# Around 60% of inmates have no H.S. education.
Guess where most of the educational emphasis is being placed on inmates (by gender). Yup, women's gotta care for dem childens.
The woman in this story is glaring proof of the fact that some women are very unfit to be parents. Yet, society will spend far more resources to keep Mothers in contact with their kids, than they will spend on Fathers. Tax-payers pay to inequitably lock up males. Tax-payers pay to inequitably subsidized Motherhood over Fatherhood. When will the gender tyranny of American law end?

It will end when Men start acting like Men, stand and refuse to be slaves anymore. There is no other solution as the intelligenzia uses debate to stall. When all of the People hear the cry of the Warrior and rise up as one, then, and only then will we be able to change things. As I have said, the home of the free, just where the hell is that anyway? "It is a Good day to Die!"

This article is dated in September. Why is this "breaking news" in December? She has already been sentenced to 30 years in prison.

She has to be one of the dumbest women on Earth.
Didn't the judge forbid her to be around kids, or anything, after what she did?
If she had been a man I wouldn't even have to ask that question.

Yes indeed, this story was out in Sept.! So, my apologies for posting a piece of "news" that isn't new. :( I'll endeavor to be more mindful of date-checking in the future.

She should have been sentenced by now.
So what was it? Probation, therapy, house arrest for a month? Or a combination of the three above?

Seems she got 30 years.
Which means; 5 years max of learning macramé, French cooking, and leather tooling crafts in a summer camp environment of a typical wymen's prison.

Not the one I've been in (as a volunteer). It's nicer than men's prisons I've been in, but it's no summer camp.

Good.
At least when female perps DO get convicted, it's good to know they are being punished like any male perp. Maybe not as severely, but punished none the less.
