I can give you a good example of what it means...
Ron Perlman (the executive, not the actor) was married to a woman that bore his kids and when they divorced she got a little over a million.. (not unreasonable considering how much he is worth and how much she contributed).
flash forward to the next wife.. who was married for six months and walked off with 40 million!
the second obviously has no financial interest in the property, she was not around long enough...
being married for ten years and supporting someone is one thing...
being married for 6 months and getting half is another...

So what prevented him from writing up a prenuptial agreement with that golddigging skank?
What made him think getting skinned to the tune of $40 million would not happen to him?
Sometimes we men bring this misandric crap onto ourselves! We have got to stop being so damned naive.

prenups are being broken in favor of women...
the argument is something like this...
you [the male], know you will be worth more, and a prenup is just a sneaky workaround to cheat her out of what she is otherwise entitled to.
So the courts are ignoring them. not all the time by any means, but enough, and more often if there is a lot at stake.
a better question is why did he get married again and again? he is not stupid, unlike the feminists he knows that things mean what they mean, and spinning them is not going to change opinion. and to what meaning do i refer? to the meaning that a person with a wife is much more stable and can be depended on more. people prefer to do business with family people - they are committed by need irregardless of how much we think they have. its why gay men have "beards" years ago.

The tabling of a bill in this connection is far too little, too late and in any case the wrong aproach to combatting this virulent, halucinatory and insidious ideology of misandric femminism... Why?
In and of itself the DV. legislation, matrimonial,employment and property laws in all western democracies were conciously draughted so as to avoid due process and create real interests in property or capital funds for those who have contributed nothing towards the property or anything else to society except their sexuality.
Any half intelligent person will understand that across the western democracies, in the guise of protecting from abuse, empowerment to abuse has been instituted wholesale and unrestrainedly.
Hence you have prostitutes, whitleblowers, harlots, sexual delinquents, stoolpidgeons, philanderers, parasites and every other complainer or mistress becomming overnight millionairesses. These rabble become in an instant entitled-proprietors of the vast wealth of others built up over generations. See Elizabeth Hurley, Rachel Hunter, Heinz-Kerry, HRH Diana deceased, Anna nichole-smith, Ms.lionel ritchie, The Gabor-Sorority and Stephanie Vilabar etc, etc.
On the other hand you have hard working Wealth creators and their firms and companies, Nobel Laurets, Doctors, Engineers, Directors, Judges, Lawyers, Entrepreneurs, Entertainers and others, formerly of unquestionable integrity and standing, either publicly humilliated whilst fleeced or ultimately jailed and then killed. See JP morgan, Meryl Lynch, Steve Bing, Lionel Ritchie, Rt.Hon David Blunket, Weseley Snipes, Michael Jackson, Kobe bryant etc, etc.
What you need to combat this mendacity across society is a thorough-going activistic ideology that counters misandry head-on. An ideology articulated by a hard core of fearless anti-misandrists prepared to loose life and limb in thwarting the feminists world order. Democracy, the law, the constitution. These have all been infected with man-hatting and cannot be relied on for releif.
Fathers4Justice are very partially approaching the right tack. So is Dr. pelling in the UK courts. So is Angry-harry. So is Dr. Stephen Baskerville.
Still the anti-misandric movement will fail unless it distills, articulates and disseminates its own world view through a harsh rejection of the present via a strong political leadership.
Until the above happens, we, as the jews were in anti-semitic Germany, are all complicit.

Having been extremely victimized by a powerful and unjust judicial system, any fight is worth the effort. Any discourse brought to public attention is the right thing to do on restraining lunacy. You can’t win a war by not fighting small battles…
Unfortunately, I live in MA, where no level of sanity exists in matters pertaining to property and constitutional rights if you are a man accused of anything by a woman.
Without any wrong doing except an argument, I was locked up for over a week waiting for bail to get set, had my name put in the local papers police logs as a person arrested for "domestic violations" - which in turn justified my lying ex's account of me to people in our community, I was thrown out of my own house, and was mandated to attend feminist "training" classes known as the batterers program...
All this with no proof of any injury, and my ex changed what she said occurred so many times that the judge during pre-trial (trial is mandatory in MA in any domestic matter - no matter how trivial) said "despite contradictions - something must have happened - he must have done something" while HE DENIED giving me bail so the "victim" could get her charges right... (I am looking into the legalities of this…)
While in court, a "victim witness advocate" had two special need adults (Down syndrome) in court. The advocate claimed that the male used words that frightened the female. True or not, I do not know. What was easy to determine was that the male in this case had no idea what he was being charged with, and when he responded he said that he thought "they were friends..." The judge repemanded him in front of the whole court and made it known to him the consequences of his actions. The advocate got another man for her statistic gathering is the way I saw it…
It is an unspoken truth with all men who live with in MA that a woman can ruin you with one phone call, and the police, the courts, the victim advocates, the local newspapers and all the programs that result are in on the scam... Yet most men don’t seem to care - or know.
As modern media attempts to divide hetero men and fathers and dumb us down, the feminists have been working hard in their covens making sure that the well being of any man can be jeopardized by the tongue of any woman at any time.

I, too, live in MA and if I were on this site 2 years ago I would find some of these stories had to swallow. This is the United States Of America! We have rights! Not true. Especially if you are a man living in MA. I am a male 40-50 years old, never once been in any type of trouble in my life. Not a parking ticket. I am well educated. Yet my partner of 16 years was having personal troubles for sometime. She actually started to have dreams that her father had abused her(some 40years ago). I did everything for her. It is well documented...so I thought. Yet she got a false Protective Order against me and I was taken from our home. How can a man fight an unjust society as this?
