Women Who Rage

News bandersnatch writes "From The Age:

Anger management has traditionally been seen as a male domain, but a number of courses cater to females, writes Caroline Illingworth. In her mums' group in Melbourne's north-eastern suburbs, Angie Perugini is known as the happy, laughing one, the one who "always gets things done". Yet a few months ago, her bubbly facade belied the fact that, inside, she was seething with rage. As a former chef, Perugini, 32, had been used to stressful environments, but it was only when she became a mother for the second time and found herself at home caring for two young sons that the bubble of calmness slowly began to burst. Best quote ever -- "After going to anger management I realised it wasn't my husband's fault, it wasn't the house, or the kids, it was all those years of not being shown how to deal with life properly, of not being able to express myself.""

Had a relationship a while ago. When the Woman in my life lost an arguement she calmly and deliberately pulled a loaded 9mm semi auto out and laid it in front of me. She left it in the holster. Her demeanor and behavior abruptly changed. She became an Ice Queen. As if to say now go ahead and see what happens. My response to her was pull that weapon from the holster and you better empty the magazine. If you miss I will kill you.

I left the building and made myself scarce for several hours for the situation to diffuse. It was the beginning of the end for our relationship.
During another arguement she pulled out an 8" Butcher knife, a serated one. She had a volatile nature and seemed when she could not win an arguement with logic and reason, resorted to threat of physical violence to get her way. Women feel entitled to behave any way they please. It is sick how they are getting away with it.
