Wesley Snipes sues NYC over DNA order
posted by Matt on 01:38 PM December 21st, 2004
False Accusations bandersnatch writes "From CNN, Action film star Wesley Snipes sued the city Monday, charging that it had no jurisdiction to seek his DNA in a paternity suit filed in Indiana by a woman he said was crack-addicted and mentally ill. Always nice to see a man who can fight back, does against these dingbats."

Previous wild accusations in the past. Now this one is being taken seriously. What is this woman doing out of a mental institution?
Furthermore, why is NYC even involved in a case around an Indiana and Florida resident over an incident that allegedly occurred in Illinois? Federal courts, I can see (an interstate matter) but New York City?
A wack-job male who makes goofy accusations like this would be locked up.
There is no longer justice for men.

I know Thundercloud. We Hoosiers are so screwed up aren't we? That's why I'm leaving the Midwest after I finish my Bachelor's Degree. I'll do my Masters in Law either on the Eastcoast or the Westcoast. We Hoosiers are ONLY in the news if some idiot (like this woman) comes forward and run their mouth off, just to get attention and money. Why would a man like Snipes sleep with a borderline psychotic woman anyways?! All we have here in Indiana are corn, soybeans, and psychos. This sounds like a typical case of a mentally unstable (and slutty) woman trying to make a buck by swindling a man (who just happens to be wealthy and famous)in Family Court.

Thea- Yeah, there does seem to be something in the water, around here.
I, too, am thinking about leaving Indy. I've never been to the North Carolina Cherokee reservation, maybe I'll move there in a couple of years. Indiana's an okay place, I guess, I kind of like it here, but there are just too many weird folks runnin' around loose.
(Many act like they've never seen an Indian before)
As far as Snipes is conserned, I hope he wins this case.

I don't know if you allow links to websites but anybody looking at this should go read the statement by the lady who started this. Even her momma says she's crazy but you know that when she starts talking about her secret marriage to Wesley Snipes and men in black helicopters. Her family says they told the cops the whole story but they went after Wesley Snipes anyway for the publicity. If you don't allow links please take it out and tell people to google, "Wesley Snipes Lanise Pettis" without the quotes. Here is the link. http://www.fraudsandscams.com/spotlight.htm

Thanks,
