We need to keep the letters going to the Washington Post protesting their one sided coverage of domestic violence.
I have always been impressed by how we can make a difference if we keep the letters going? Look at the recent success with Verizon.

I submitted a new article to MANN referencing desertlightjournal, but maybe Trudy's post above makes it unnecessary.
She has two new first-rate pieces on her site:
(1) Why YOU Should Fight VAWA
http://desertlightjournal.blog-city.com/read/96574 6.htm
(2) Washington Post Series -- Part Two
"Rape Hysteria" Takes a New Turn"
http://desertlightjournal.blog-city.com/read/96808 6.htm
Very well written and concise debunking of the Washington Post's current fem-DV propaganda, and good background on the fraud of VAWA!

Along with these good essays, we also need people writing their congressmen/women and also we need people advocating a more equal bill. If those Pro-VAWA people have advocates for them, then we need advocates for us.

I've searched for a 'Net site that might contain the actual text of the bill before Congress to reauthorize VAWA spending for another five years.
Tried Congress.org but could not locate it.
Is it tacked onto a major appropriations bill, buried in dozens of amendments? (A typical strategy to grease a spending bill through Congress without public awareness...)
Anybody found the actual VAWA bill anywhere?
