Request from Reader for Support for NCP Class Action Suit
posted by Matt on 05:50 PM October 11th, 2004
Announcements MANN Admins received a note from Dr. Richard C. Weiss, displayed below in the "Read More" section, for support for the Alabama NCP class action lawsuit. Especially if you live in Alabama, please take the time to express your support of the action to the presiding judge.

ALL:

This is an urgent request to ALL Alabama noncustodial parents affected by the class action AND ALL interested parties no matter what state or country you reside. This MUST be a concerted and OVERWHELMING response.

PLEASE send a letter to Federal Judge Harold Albritton (address BELOW) who is presiding over the noncustodial parents class action lawsuit and give your strong support for this action. This is CRITICAL! I cannot overemphasize how much that this mass effort of letters to him showing the widespread support and need for relief will help our cause.

Please keep your letters BRIEF, and TO THE POINT... If you feel like adding any details about your own horror story with a state judge/court/etc, still BE BRIEF.

ALL letters should be only one brief page [preferable], but with an absolute MAXIMUM of TWO (2) PAGES TOTAL. Absolutely no more than two full pages. Ever.

ALL letters should be DIRECTLY ADDRESSED to Judge W. Harold Albritton and salutory, as in, "The Honorable W. Harold Albritton (for address) and "Your Honor: [begin first paragraph just below]"

PLEASE ADDRESS ALL LETTERS TO:

The Honorable W. Harold Albriton
United States District Court
Middle District of Alabama
P.O. Box 711
Montgomery, AL 36101-0711

Thank you ALL for helping out, your contribution is invaluable!

Dr. Richard C. Weiss
Principal Plaintiff, Alabama

Honorable Judge Albriton:

I am writing to you today to give my strong support to the noncustodial parents class action lawsuit.

I work at a community college in California, but was born and raised in the Mid West, and at times have lived throughout the U.S. I am literally sickened by what I see going on today in all parts of America, including Alabama. Using taxpayer support for their programs, women’s studies programs use thousands of college classes to openly teach a hatred for men, Fathers and traditional families. Over 270 women’s commissions exist through out the U.S. to further the man hating, anti-family political agenda that exists on our college campuses. The ACLU waits at the beckon call of many of these groups to further erode the constitutional rights and privileges that all Americans have lived under for centuries.

It is no wonder that America is in a great moral crisis affecting the family as it has never been in before. I recall noted author Warren Farrell mentioning repeatedly that, “Fatherlessness is the #1 predictor of delinquency in teenagers.” Many, many Fathers want to be a loving part of their children’s lives, but are locked out by a legal system that doesn’t not respect or even recognize their rights as Fathers. While all other classes and groups of citizens are protected by laws and rights, Fathers and men are openly vilified and denigrated in schools, work places, social institutions, on television, and even in their own homes by an organized hate war that is destroying the lives of good Fathers and good men. This must end.

This will end, with the help of people of honor and integrity who know that truth, fairness, and justice are principals that must be given to all citizens of America and not just those politically correct empowered groups who seek to bigotedly destroy their targets with an intolerance as hateful as any that has been witnessed in the history of America. Again, I urge strong support for the noncustodial parents class action lawsuit. The very existence of a free America for today’s and tomorrow’s citizenry depends on it.
