How the DVA2004 Media Recon Project Works
posted by Matt on 11:18 AM September 28th, 2004
DesertLight Journal Trudy W Schuett writes "This is a cooperative event, folks!

I have set up alerts from Google, Yahoo and Bloglines to notify me and am monitoring Topix for news stories related to the obvious keywords. I'll be checking these each day from now through the month of October, posting links to those that either provide disinformation (as noted in the categories below each post) or PROGRESS!"

Please click "Read More" for more information.

"Since there are so many posts each day, I'll also add contact information for the various publications whenever easily available, and commentary if a specific point merits doing so. You will most likely find the stories to be closely similar, with the only differences being the location of the publication. This has been happening for years, but it is only with the advent of the search engines and newsreaders that we've been able to track the full impact of the disinformation machine put in place by women-only services. When a publication is noted, please send them an e-mail, or phone if they are local to you. If they are providing disinfo or faulty statistics, politely inform them of this, and request correction or clarification as soon as possible. If they are making progress toward truth in reporting, by providing information on services for the unserved/underserved populations, or otherwise informing the public that domestic violence is not a gender or political issue, send them a thank you note for their honesty and clarity. The links in the section marked Information should be helpful for you to see how the various agencies fudge their numbers in order to make them seem as if their impact on the problem is far more extensive than it really is, or that only women are ever victims. Their intention is to lead the public to believe that male victims, female abusers, and serial victims of both sexes are undeserving of public notice and/or assistance. If you refer to this project or any specific disinfo/progress posting at your blog, please let me know at twschuett-at-peoplepc.com, in the comments section, or trackback to the post if your blog allows for that. This project has been publicized to the best of my ability, now it's your turn to alert your readership of this event! Please keep in mind the domestic violence "establishment" is watching this project closely and will most likely be using this information in the same way as we are. So don't think that the DLJ's voice is enough. Your voice must also be heard in order for honesty and full awareness to take place. Billions of your tax dollars and charitable donations are being wasted in ineffective programs that are ultimately damaging to the community at large. There can be no solutions for domestic violence without full awareness! Services must be provided on a gender-neutral basis, with assistance and help that offers other options beyond simply running away from the problem, only to have it happen again in another location. These options cannot be found as long as the public believes current programs are effective."

We'll never stop the DV industry's bigotry if we don't get off our asses and DO something.

Trudy's doing a LOT of work, let's make sure we keep getting updates, we write letters, and make our voices heard.

Guys, I know there is a lot of anger at the one sided DV laws, but we have to present an informed, strong, and postitive front.

Even Fathers 4 Justice made Time Magazine.

Considering the Draconian laws that have been passed and are being passed everyday to keep men down, it's gonig to be hard to do. It's not impossible, but it will require focus and hard work. Considering all the funding that goes to women's studies programs and domestic violence shelters, we are literally a David up against an evil Goliath who ideologically hates men with a powerful vengence. The sexual harassment industry is right there in the workplace too denigrating the biological role men have been born into.

Saddly, it appears men are destined to become a huge oppressed class of people (as more men are victimized everyday under the jackboot heal of radical/gender feminism). Perhaps when the male slave class is larger still, and there are no free men left anywhere, the lust for freedom and equality (men's rights) will be so strong that men will finally present a united front demanding their rights.

After several vitriolic complaints to the CBC newservice, I have noticed of late that Political Corrections Canada has replaced the term "deadbeat dads" with "deadbeat parents"and has replaced "violence against women" with "domestic violence". Small gains perhaps....but it only takes 6 degrees of rudder shift to put most aircraft into a "graveyard spin".

Maybe the hate monger bigots in the radical feminist movement are begining to realize that what they have been doing to men is hateful bigotry.

Isn't is ironic that these politically correct radical feminist abusers have advocated for hate speech laws? The whole radical feminist domestic violence industry should be convicted of hate speech for the way they have maliciously and falsely accused men of violence they didn't commit, and the way they have denied the violence that men have experienced at the hands of violent women.

As far as the deadbeat dad myth, it's another vicious radical feminist lie that should be tracked down to its source. That source should then be prosecuted to the fullest extent of any hate crime laws existing at the time of the origin of that assinine myth.

Sincerely, Ray
